Oh and my sympathies on the loss of your dog. They really get under our skin, don’t they? Long, long time ago I used to think people who cried about the loss of their animals were being silly. Then I became a pet owner (8 cats over 40 years) and all that changed. They were no longer just animals, more like small humanoids covered in fur. I still can’t think about their deaths without crying so I try to remember their idiosyncrasies, their unique personalties and some of their funny behaviors.

I know what you mean, Roscoe was a talker..lol. He would grumble at me everytime he wanted something or if he got in trouble he would make a grumbling sound like a little kid mad at you. He was so funny💕

Danielle..sorry for your loss. I have been through two when my dad and mom passed...about a year and half, but it is still difficult. Now as far as your ADORABLE SNOWMAN on candlestick! I love it! Once I get my phone stand...still searching for right one, I will do a video on how to make snowman hats. It will not be out of styrofoam, but of other items. Thanks for candlestick idea!! I am working on centerpieces. I will do this!!

Too cute!! I almost grabbed the hats yesterday from DG for a diy but didn't. If anyone can't find any, you can use the smaller snowman heads that light up and they have buffalo check hats already on them I have several of them. I love how you made a family of them.❤️

Oh what beautiful work you do Danielle! I just love the turned up carrot nose. How unique and adorable!! I'm glad you decided to add a bit more greenery to the backside of the snowman head. It seems so many crafter's become so focused on the front that they ignore the backside. There needs to be balance so the item isn't "top heavy", if you will, on the front side. This could cause your snowman to fall forward. Great job!

A great project to do with kids on a cold day! One tip that I do is after you put the salt/glitter on, let it dry and hit it with some super hold hairspray to lock it in.
