Damn I had no idea! I thought you had to have momentum and could only run a couple hundred feet on water. I didnt know you could just ride on water until your gas ran out. Lol Im from Florida though.

well they have wider front tracks then your normally see they almost seem built for the water or super fluffy snow im sure this helps them skip water much easier then a stock snowmobile but still thats only a tiny upgrade to make it super easy to drive on water and then after that probably matters on what type of track pattern you have. all these have little paddles for once again fluffy soft snow and not all of them come with these track designs so youd have to also change that if you get a more mild track pattern

Imagine paddling in a kanu on this tight channel while enjoying yourself and listening to the birds. And then those guys come out of nowhere, passing you left and right, swapping a foot of water in your kanu while bursting your eardrums and all of this so fast that you actually don't know if this really happened or if you just go bonkers! 😅😅

It’s not the rope on his hand kills the machine so it doesn’t suck in water and the rope on it I assume is some sort of buoy that they use to fine the sled when it’s suck

It occurs to me you guys need to try and pull a water-skier behind the snow machines over the water. We tow water skiers behind ATV's here in irrigation ditches along the farm roads, so why not do the same thing with the snow machines??? If they can start from dry ground like that, you can certainly start a skier too.

I’m curious about keeping the snowmobile’s engine cool, I’ve had sleds and I understand how the extrusions work with snow. I just wonder if anyone in the comments has had experience with riding a snowmobile long distances on water? Do you have to change the heat exchanger? And if you had a picked track would it be worse than just the paddle track? Thanks, Jeff from Pennsylvania

The track throws enough water on the tunnel coolers to keep the motor cool.
