The finale for S2 was awesome, it was suspenseful, dramatic, tense and nail biting in all the right ways. Snowpiercer and Resident Alien have both been two of my favourite shows this year. Excellent stuff.

I hadn't watched the show until about 3 weeks ago, when I binge watched it all, eagerly expecting the season 2 finale. Overall I enjoyed it very much, it had been a long time since I had such "fan feelings" for a show. It brought back the good memories of Game of Thrones, back when it was good. I trust the writers this time! Thank you TNT and the team for producing such a great show. (Also, does it mean we're all on the same page about the Wonka theory now? :D )

I truly wish that Daveed Diggs could have kept his own hairstyle for the show. I kinda think dreadlocks weren't necessary to convey the righteous Black freedom fighter image I think they wanted it to reinforce. It's a bit of a cliche. And Daveed Diggs doesn't need that visual aid to sell his performance. He's a fantastic actor and would be just as effective in that role without the dreadlocks. All that aside, It's a really fun adaptation. So far I like it better than the movie.

pretty egotistical for a director to say 'this is filmmaking at its best' ;D I mean i agree, it does look pretty epic, and they've clearly got some crazy talented people working for them. But, as much as i like the show, it is also badly written in a lot of areas, mainly to do with the characters either being annoying or making no sense. It is badly acted in parts (or down to bad writing, i hear the Layton actor is good in other things. And sean bean is sometimes fine and other times just too hammy), cheesy, weirdly directed (the song scenes spring to mind), badly written.. But also obviously there are things in it that just about keep me intrigued
