I liked this episode and I’m glad that Ruth didn’t get her arm frozen off because we saw what happened with Susan and i agree with you on how this show s going but I’m still a fan of it i still love the show and off topic now we know what the staff cabins look like because I’m building a Minecraft snowpiercer the tv shows train and now we know what they look and again off topic

One thing haunts me, at the end of the second season the whole train consisted of 1034 cars, when the Snowpiercer locomotive was stolen, the aquarium car was smashed, Big Alice's train consisted of 1023 cars as it should have been and as they said at the beginning of the season, and the Snow Pirate's train should have 10 cars, but in the first episodes only 8 are visible, where did two more go? The second detail, during the first season we were told that the train should not stop otherwise everyone will die due to the fact that the train either does not have enough energy to move or the dynamics to move accordingly, no movement - no energy generation to maintain all systems and heating, at the beginning of the second season the entire train stopped and started moving twice , but this can be attributed to the fact that there were two locomotives, respectively, more power, dynamics that allowed them to move, in episode 8 there was a moment when Wilford asked Alex to turn on the booster and push so as not to lose momentum so that the whole train would not stop with only one worker engine and they respectively did not die because they could not move and produce energy, but in the third season Big Alice's locomotive is now the head, respectively, he had to stop and start to go back, how did he do it? It is also a question of how there is electricity on Snowpiercer, given that it must be generated by the Snowpiercer locomotive which is not there, and Big Alice does not have an electrical connections with the Snowpiercer train, since Mellany broke it. Did they fix it, or did they get cables from somewhere and run them from the Big Alice Cars through the Tail door and plug them into some kind of a power outlet? And about the EMP and how Wilford was planning to stop Layton, he did a test at 10% power and Dr. Headwood said that the decommissioned first class cars would serve as a buffer, buffer for what? Suppose, in order to check its performance and extinguish the EMP wave so that it does not affect the operation of the Big Alice engine, but at the end of the series, the EMP worked at full power and did not affect either the Big Alice engine or the Snow Pirate, but only temporarily turned off the electronics on the trains, while later they continued to move without losing speed, as if the engines had stalled and they needed to be restarted, from which we can conclude that EMP does not affect the engines themselves in any way (maybe only on secondary systems that regulate their operation) and in the short term, turning off secondary systems will not affect the engine in any way, but a long shutdown can somehow damage it, as it was in episode 8 of the second season, and the plan was such that while the Snow Pirate is trying to catch up with the main composition in reverse to hook, Wilford will fire an EMP every five minutes to keep the Snow Pirate's secondary systems disabled (while the engine itself should work and keep speed, but in the end something will happen that will kill Layton's team, but Audrey along with them) and how he then even planned to return Snowpiercer by killing Layton, but not killing Audrey, or he would also sacrifice Audrey only to return the locomotive and completely restore the train. The scene from the trailer where they shoot the Snow Pirate with a harpoon also looks completely illogical (if everything goes as I assume, i.e. Layton will try to overtake Big Alice (at the moment the trains are moving in the opposite direction, and in the trailer in one direction, which means that one of the trains will turn around and perhaps between the moment of the end of the second serries and the scene with the harpoon there will be events from the leacked scenes when the trains collide head-on against each other)) because Wilford wants to return both the locomotive and Audrey, and with these actions he makes it likely that Snow Pirate just goes derails and then goodbye Audrey, goodbye locomotive, goodbye first class. And in general, why a harpoon and EMP are needed on the train, what they planned to use for, with hand freezing holes it’s already clear as a tool of intimidation, but this things defies logic. I am writing all this before watching the third series, so maybe everything will be completely different and under different circumstances. And one more detail related to the endings of the intro, in the first season, the last frame before the title was the back Tail door in the last car to which Big Alice clung and the door that was opened, in the second season, Big Alice's clutch and flight to the locomotives were shown last, and I constantly paid attention at the fact that too few Snowpiercer cars are shown, but looking in slow motion, I counted 9 cars, so these were spoilers for the finale, although not unambiguous, well, and at the end of the intro of the third season they show the Dragon Blood Tree, but I think this is already clear that something very important will be connected with it. And one more small detail from the last frames of the first episode of the third season where Ruth is looking out the window, on one side of her face there is a red light (from the one with which there should be Snowpiercer), on the other Blue light (where Big Alice is) which symbolizes either trains temperature or the views of the main parties, the coldness and/or conservatism of Wilford and the Leightons determination, desire to change, act. Sorry if there are a lot of mistakes and/or wrong words here, English is not my first language, so I mostly used a translator to formulate my thoughts. I personally am really happy so far with how everything is going. Sci fy on point. Tho it’s a lot to take in since the focus is not on big Ali’s and wilford but on Laytons mission so it seems fit to change the song theme and the sci fy and the overall plot
