Thank you for pointing that one. I was not sure then, and still was not sure.

the game treats snow like dirt and mud. so deep snow is like deep mud. the chained tires are great on dirt (same as off road tires), slightly worse in mud and better on asphalt than off road tires. the key difference is that chained tires negate the traction penalty on icy surfaces. The KRS 58 "Bandit" has a small fuel tank but thankfully it has a roof addon you might want to get that has more fuel and some repair points.

@@sertec6071 ahhh that makes sense I suppose. I mean I guess tire chains do only really help on ice anyway… but I’ll keep that in mind whenever I get to Alaska or more on this map. And I didn’t even pay attention to the tank size in the bandit, so I’ll definitely do that

@@PrimitiveGamingTV One good thing about doing season 1 now is that the GMC MH9500 gets its AWD upgrade from Lake Kovd and its diff lock from Smithville Dam. So even though while you had it at the start and it was crap it will soon be a good vehicle to use.

@ it does seem like an interesting truck to use, just kinda useless at the current time. I very well may go back to pick it up to use it in the DLCs though once I discover the upgrades
