Eyyyyy nice choice on the Voron AE 😎👌, I've been using that truck on every map since Taymyr it's such an awesome truck. There is one task for 2 sets of long logs in Grainwoods River, I can't remember if you done that task or not, but if not maybe keep the logging station near the bottom left Gateway on Black Badger Lake 😉. Looking forward to seeing you tackle Amur, even though it might be a few episodes off, but your Zikz special was super helpful when I started in that region!!

Yep, I'm liking the AE so far, having bought one on my normal save to give it a bit more playtime. Very nice truck. 😊 I'd forgotten those long logs in Grainwoods, as I am used to logging being mostly / only on contracts normall. Thanks for the heads up. I'm glad my Amur expedition was helpful. 😊👍🏼

Yay! This means I can get the Derry longhorn 4520, there're two trucks and maybe a third I have been wanting to sell. Was planning to buy the Voron AE at the beginning of my second playthrough.

As far as the engine for the Cat 745c is concerned, I used the stock engine for logging in Taymar and then sold it because it used too much fuel for my taste. I'd recommend turning the hud on to see the fuel burn rate. The Tayga B has a bigger fuel tank I want to say 330L compared to 250L making it a longer ranged choice.

I like the Voron AE. It's fast, versatile, stable, and tough. Good one to have in the fleet. The only downside is the fuel capacity. The Cat is a beast. Just avoid deep water and watch out for sliding sideways on a hill into trees. It can be a pain if you get a tree stuck in the articulated bit. Sequoia [seh-coy-yah] are a species of giant redwood tree, mostly found on the west coast US. Being from the pacific northwest I've been in a lot of forests but walking among the redwoods is a uniquely humbling experience. Redwood National Park... kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5jPc4KXhNOtp68 Edit to add> Oops wrong park. Come to think of it, redwood national park is mostly coastal redwoods who prefer moist lowlands. The sequoias prefer more arid mountain environments. Sequoias are bigger in diameter, coastal redwoods are taller. Both are huge. Do a search for Sequoia National Park to see those.

Yes, I can imagine those giant redwoods being quite humbling to spend time with. Such a vast scale compared to us puny humans. 😊👍🏼

CAT 745C: The only way to log.😬 fuel burn or not this CAT won’t let you down “ever”. So you finally got the AE, right on! IMO the AE is a hundred times better than the Grad and the regular Tayga. Hope you use it more and you will see. In the prev episode you mentioned that you were out of repair points, I just had a thought. Where is your F-750? It still had a bunch last time I saw you driving it around. Cheers! 🤘😬🤘

Yeah, not really worried about the CAT fuel consumption on this map, where it's easy to get fuel at $2/L. That's a pretty big claim for the AE! Will definitey play it a lot to see how I like it. The only thing that worries me is range, but we'll see. Hmm... where is that pesky Ford? Not sure! 🤣👍🏼
