Not sure I agree that Snowrunner 'is best to play with friends' - it's perfectly enjoyable as a solo experience. I mean, if you want to save time, then playing with friends might do the job, but for many just getting absorbed in the experience solo will be exactly what they came for.

@@owenjohnston3541 I have the base game and the Search and Rescue pack. The base game includes all regions except Kola Peninsula (where Lake Kovd and Imandra are). To get Kola Peninsula you have to buy the Search and Rescue pack. The premium edition includes all regions as well as the season pass

For older players, this kind of physics we could only dream about when teens (I know I did). It's incredibly impressive. Whoever did the physics deserves an award. By far the most common way of getting stuck is tipping over. Unless you have the autonomous winch, you're fucked.

Sure there were some points to be made, like saying the video is sponsored and the game available on these platforms and that's pretty much it. It's my own review. I saw that review and I couldn't agree on a single thing he said. Its almost like we both played different games. And as I said in the review, the game is not for everyone and if you don't like slower-paced games, you will get frustrated like the guy you mentioned.

Great review and thanks for the video. Looks like you put a lot of time into making it. This is my first game on Epic and I haven’t had any issues. On PC I removed the Film filter in the video settings and it looks even better. Great game to just escape reality and it’s a blast playing with friends. Later.

Best review I've seen so far ❤ Just bought it on steam spring sale with the 4 years anniversary pack. I had it on my wish list for so long but never had the "right feeling" to try it. I'm absolutely hooked for days now. The atmosphere in this game is amazing. The progress you make is so slow but so rewarding. Startet right away on hard mode, which is much more realistic. You have to think about every dollar you spend because everything you do costs money. On hard mode, it feels even more rewarding when you've finished a job. Absolutely loving it! The best Snowrunner in-depth review on youtube. I agree that there should be a penalty when recovering a truck to make the game harder and more challenging + I wish you lose money when refueling the truck for immersiveness purposes. The game is great but I'm not liking some engines' sounds of some trucks; they are so repititive.

bought this game yesterday, and was playing it until 3 am, from 12am, its very challenging , the terrain is unforgiven especially when you try to take short cuts through woods, it took me that long to find two towers and complete the first mission with the bridge. got stuck a few times and had to recover once because i flipped off the wooden bridge, Was driving way too fast. I enjoy this game a lot, and i like off road games. I watch trail videos on youtube with offroading using custom Jeeps. It takes real skill to get pass various terrain. I applaud these people that are into offroad trailing. BTW i delivered the wrong item in the first mission also, this is why things took so long, game didn't really give enough hints and information, so i had to do alot of back track.

My tip for new players is go around the first couple maps getting upgrades and finding new trucks to sell so you can hop over to Russia and buy the 8x8 truck, cost 90k and will go anywhere.

This is my first trucker game and I would love if they could add a story mod into it. Were you deliver stuff but are towns and roads being rebuilt and even buildings. Once you done a map the roads etc will be annoying. Also driving over ice, big lakes etc were the ice can crack. We get full immersion this way by rebuilding a town we’re it’s mud/snow etc. And slowly progress into rebuilding stuff. Only progression now is oil rigs, bridges etc..

The question is. will it have the hardcore mode from the mudrunner? With the no recenter wheels, with the damage affect being more severe with the engine making noises and sparks influencing the speed, the manual crane load without the auto load, the option to change the camera view to the old one, yes the crazy one that I loved. Hardcore mode it's what I need. Ass: Hardcore fan from MUDRUNNER

Everything else you said is there but there is only one mode. You can choose to manually load if you choose to. There are mods that prevent you from using the recover function.

Tried this on Game Pass, and yes, the tutorial is not very clear. When I tried to rushed through the turrain and got my truck stuck between the railing, without knowing the function of the winch, I have no way to get out of this situation. Even though I have already uninstalled the game, the graphics and environment always lure me back to search gameplay from others. Thanks for your video, now I'm going to purchase it and give it another go, hopefully I can enjoy multiplayer as you know, driving alone is no fun. BTW, did you all play with gamepad or driving wheels in console?

I played alone and almost finish all Michigan contracts. It certainly take more time to rescue stuck vehicles by playing alone. But not difficult.

These are some good videos, but most of the vehicles are really slow. I would recommend watching them at double speed.
