Got heavy into snowrunner last year. This is my most anticipated game of the year.

I'm excited for this. I played a little bit of Snowrunner and while I liked driving around the map the delivery aspect felt overwhelming to me. I'm glad this game is mainly focusing on exploration.

Snowrunner keeps getting new seasons. Although I would prefer a snowrunner 2 instead of more seasons. But.... expeditions is a wonderful companion to snowrunner. Your complaint is easily refuted and not based on anything true.

Honestly, this looks like a game designed to test new features that I expect we'll see in Snow Runner 2, and likely to keep Saber with some cash flow as they take on the expensive work of developing it.

Ive personally got a Jeep thats built out to do expedition style offroading (overlanding) and i loved the physics of Snowrunner so this game gives me the opportunity to do everything i wanted to do in Snowrunner

There are a few dev teams i am obligated to support without excuse: FromSoftware and Saber. These teams aren't trying make a cod copy, but are true to heart in crafting wonderful and orginal content. Snowrunner is the Dark Souls of trucking. Very nice to have a relaxing companion next to snowrunner, all about expedition.

Still no HDR support? The previous xbox and Sony generation had auto hdr but once they launched next gen update all hdr support was taken away. Snowrunner still looks great with sdr, but hdr support would be nice for a next gen game release.

As a player of both Mudrunner and SnowRunner, having invested nearly 4,000 hour's in both games. Though I'll purchase it day one, I won't play until my favorite modder's does what he does in providing various modded truck and such.

I think you got one fact wrong you don't have to pay for repare... at least not literary... their is spare part every where for free and the garage and camp got some for free... Shure you can buy some put that would be stupid it cut your profit margin for no reason. At worst take a specialist that boost the quantity you can collect at camp or put some armor on your truck to reduce damage. The freeroam lock make sense because most bonus you get from those early quest are exploration and find new point of interest... if you could freeroam first you could not get all those bonus credit... trust me you will need those.

Sometimes I think devs just slap on minimum/recommended PC specs their game require, without actually knowing what each part is capable of. For the recomended, a nVida 2060 or a AMD RX 6800 XT?? Really?! The 6800 XT is much more powerful than a 2060, on par with the 4070, actually. So they saying the game is only optimised for nVidia?

100% agreed. It's the UI and mission design/ EMPTY maps. I'm 50 hrs into exp, and I have over 2000 hrs in SR. Exp is NOT that good. So many ppl defending it that haven't even PLAYED snowrunner. Idiots.

96 hours = 4 days (March 1st Friday) So freeroam... i can't just head out and look around ? Wow.... between the no co-op right away and no freeroam till mission(s) are finished Don't know about you but thats almost a dealbreaker for me ! I know they were have problems with Snowrunner MP but it seams ok now.... if thats the reason fine. Freeroam is a big one if you are forced into finishing mission's before you can roam..... thats not good ! Also we need co-op / MP ... ASAP ! ! !

That's probably to draw in more players, a lot of people who started with fortnite type games seem to expect all video games to be bright and garish like that is. It's probably to make it seem more "fun" to simple people lol. although I'd have thought most young boys would find a muddier old looking truck way cooler compared to these colourful clean ones, but what do I know about the youth of today? I'm old.

This game is horrible!!! If your really trying to make it as real as possible. The developer's really need to get out of their office and get some real mud time. All vehicles get stuck with the smallest tree branch. It's unbelievable!! Plus, the game keeps crashing down and freezing. This game is a waste of time and money!!! Even with all the upgrades, the vehicles get stuck and sink in the ground. I've never seen or heard of a vehicle sink into rock..... DONT BUY THIS GAME....

I have to say , as someone that used to love 4x4 off road games with jeeps etc , when i tried snowrunner was like my dream of a game came to life , no joke , i dont even do the hauling stuff the game want you to do , i just pick my jeep and go out and explore the maps lol , im glad they making the exploration aspect a priority 🙂

@We-lm1ew like all new games, it has bugs. The main one is that it stutters every 4 seconds. Which makes driving a challenge. I'm playing on the X. I'm enjoying it. Each location that you finish 100%, you can then free roam and get the extra stuff if you like to 100% the game. I like it. Some aspects are like the other runner games.

snowrunner was about doing jobs, the older games people played for offroad, to just drive around not to do atupid logging missions, they need more physics on these vehicles, there isnt even a manual gearbox

I had to pre-order because I'm excited for the exploration focus. I've had the entire series from pretty early on, I started in Spintires when that was the original devs before Saber got hold of them. Spintires survived a while into probably early Snowrunner but died to Snowrunnwr officially. Kinda sad but at least Saber has actually done pretty good with the Mudrunner series so no doubt am I excited for where this one is headed

Floaty vehicle gameplay. People would be bored in few hours. Whereas game like this people are still playing for years.
