Looking at it wrong. Tatras may not be in 1st place. But to get around without diff or awd on all the time says a lot about the truck.

For more consistent results, please put them in low+ and use diff lock. This is unfair for the Tatras because they have switchable diff lock, I believe that would've won a lot more if you put them in low+ with diff lock, the Azov brothers have always-on diff lock, so hence the higher speed in auto. If they were all in Low+, with diff lock on, I think the Tatras would've won more.

I mean it hardly matters what the 5319 won, it’s fuel tank is too small to be on any actual use. I like the force for essentially being a Azov 10x10 but with a roof rack and MSH tires

i really disagree. i love this truck because it is much faster than other azov so it can sorta do what the twinsteer does through hard terrain and smash through like half of it then start going slower. and in less tough terrain like just normal mud you can just put it in high and it goes through. so it is much faster to travel than other azov and i have never had any trouble with fuel

Still Tatra Force is one of my favs in this game. Its slow, but almost unstoppable, has excellent max range (due to great fuel economy and large tank + roofrack) and can do crane+bed+trailer combo even in hard terrains like Amur.

Siber team must add "permanent diff lock" upgrade for all trucks, especially for tatra 813 and Royal BM. Or make new type gear box with always diff lock ability, like in mudrunner casual mode. You can drive with locked diffs but your fuel consumption increased.

Ok ok but Saber team put permanent Diff lock on КАМАЗ К 5340 (Azov 73210), КАМАЗ 6560 (Azov 5319), КАМАЗ 65228 (Azov 64131), БАЗ 6402 (DAN 96320), ПАЗ 8Х8 Гелком (KRS 58 Bandit), КРАЗ 6437 (Tayga 6436), Урал 4320 (Voron AE 4380), Урал 4322 (Voron D53233) without any reason. Some from this trucks have permanent AWD but no one from them have permanent Diff lock, only plug-in diff lock. All russian trucks must be like Voron Grad. This is unfair what only russian trucks have this ability to be an OP without reason.

Please reconsider your tests that have empty trucks. They have no relevance because is important how a truck hauls cargo. If you cannot add cargo, then use fuel cistern instead of empty sideboard trailer. Cistern is heavier and at least simulates having some load on the rear.

Hey SD, I know gaming wheel has been taking over with the snowrunner update stuff. But there's nothing like your comparison videos for the trucks in the game. So if you arent burnt out on snowrunner I will happily watch any video of them you put out I personally am interested in seeing the Acteon vs the new(er) small tatra truck as they seem very similar and I want to see side by side which is better.

In reality Phoenix doesnt have anyhow large wheels either, it's mostly all-terrain truck, not off-road truck like many think it is. Force have large wheels since its mainly universal all-terrain military truck.

2 vs 2. Cool. Edit. I think it's great you didn't really on diff all the time. For a vehicle to get around without diff or awd says a lot to those that can see it. It's not necessarily always about being 1st. I'm constantly changing out trucks I'm using. Gets boring using same thing all the time. If I had replied on just 1 truck I would have stopped playing without making a search on Michigan.

The Phoenix needs to return to the ashes and find its turning circle. That truck turns like a super tanker. I had high hopes for it will have to wait for mods to make improvements on them. As for the ogs they will forever be king

@@SD1ONE yes it's true, even the Tatra813 often goes much faster in the mud with auto and without difflock, even on steep roads. Difflock is especially important for traction and there is no need to abuse it all the time.

I think moving the crane closer to the cab makes more sense them a three slot bed, especially since the space wasted between cab and crane is big enough to have a 2 slot sideboard almost flush with the rear, allowing for a crane, trailer and cargo bed combo

@@salvador_mano4x4 Azov 53 isn't weaker then others though. Actually Mr Lone Wolf did some tests with the 53 VS the 64. Seems like he can get just as far with the 53's 200L as you would get with the 64 350L. And this mainly comes down to the 53 being a powerhouse, having the Highrange gearbox option, and the truck being able to slow though most types of terrain without getting stuck. Basically 53 - Less fuel, but makes better use of what fuel it got and covers ground much more quickly. 64 - More fuel, but slower and wastes a lot of it, taking more time to cover ground getting from A to B At the end of the day, both trucks balance out pretty well with how far the fuel you take you.
