I don’t think you have to “reload” each time. If I change a transmission on a mod map using dev tools, for instance, just press the map button (select) twice and once you’ve cycled back to your truck the modification you selected will be applied.

It’s like a 4 wheeled apc that’s smaller and cooler looking. If you look at them side by side they will look quite similar. They also preform pretty similar and have similar stats. It also looks like it drives like the apc.

It resembles a russian fire truck from Chernobyl/Pripyat as it says on the side and on the back obviously it's not real but if it was it would be used for forest fires or bog fires where those kind of vehicles are extremely important useful and important
