When I started my second play through I just ran over to Drummond and got the P16 you can get over there right away as long as you have a truck that’s capable of getting there

I like to say that the frame of the step-deck acts like one big long skid-plat going down the length of the trailer. I do think the step-deck is a bit heavier then other trailers, but yea it feels well worth it. It really do tend to catch and hook up less then most other trailers. Step-Deck is my go-to trailer for Saddle Low trucks (Navi, Derry Longhorn's, Freightliner) while the Wide Semi-Trailer is my go-to for Saddle High trucks (KOLOB's, P16)

You do know you don't need to do any contracts outside the tutorial to go anywhere in Michigan or Alaska the only one which requires that is in Russia. I'm in a similar situation and i've been to Drummond island and Island lake. I've even got the vehicles from lake Kovid and Imandra (john's handy work). The gateways aren't locked by behind missions. That trailer's also really hard to tip as it sits so low. Could be a refence to the Michigan dog man. Oh and both Kolobs will get active suspensions Just as i missed yesterdays video due an accident involving a a herd of sheep, a horse, and a metal peg, i remember odd incident when i was doing work experience at a place called Crook Hall where as the remote for the houses sound system vanished from it;s locked draw which only we had the key for and ended up being found in the bridal suite a day later which only the owners had a key to and they'd been on holiday the whole week. PPS: one of the engines for the bandit will be able to go in the Ziks, step, and Tuz 16 so they might end with a bit more power at least as the bandit seems like it's got some grunt.

Hey wolf, nice choice for the mission. "Region/progression Purists" missed this kind of trials, using a default Tayga is quite fun and not OP at all. I brought it around the 2nd michigan map and actually got it stuck once! haha I´m also in love with the nosey kolob and hate the fact that there were not enough huge cargo missions for it in end game. Now I´m preparing it for the plane and armored trucks on Imandra! yay another thing, can you recommend me the best metal detector capable truck? It happen that none from my fleet were able to equip that thing!! XD

actually you could drive to the location where the p16 is w/o doing any contracts and recover it all you need is enough fuel to get there.

Saddle High, Saddle Low; No. It is stupid. More so in Ver Ten you'll see where this is an obstacle where we have essentially three saddles and then massive redundancy. The animals are deliberate. In Ver Ten they will be rearranged as mentioned already.

I used a transtar for this contract once. (I’ve done it many times on multiplayer) I had to barrel through the swamps because they didn’t have the roadblock cleared. Edit: you found my shortcut down the hill. Also lo4f in real life is a “UAZ 452”

But yea Lone Wolf that's why I play online in-between DLC drops. Allows me to keep all my rank and exp and gear, while also allowing me to reply missions. And to be honest most online sessions actually aren't to bad, this game got a pretty decent community. There are some restrictions. Like say the host is in Alaska, I can go anywhere in Alaska that I please, any map I want, I just have to stay in Alaska. If the host wants to move to Kola then I have to move with him, I got no choice. Again I can go anywhere in Kola that I want, but it's just when online you have to stay in the same region the host is in. And as for contracts, I can't freely do those either. Online the host can start contracts. I do a host from time to time who has contracts activated, but admittedly a lot of hosts don't have contracts on the go. BUT on the plus side, I'm free to do as many tasks as I feel like. All players can activate and access to tasks. So that's what a lot of my online time is spent at, just scouting, unlocking trucks for new players and doing tasks. Plus there is always the random chance the game might duplicate you a truck when the session ends, which is a nice bit of free money. Not that I'm worried seeing I have all vehicles and over 9 million in the bank at this point, but still I'm not gonna complain. lol

When mods come out you’ll you’ll be able to mess around with all the big special trailers. There’s going to be mod maps when console mods come out. Whenever that will be. Maybe December is when I think. Phase 2 is supposed to come out November but it’s probably going to be a week or so from now.

Strange, I don't remember Smithville being level locked or anything like that. I may be wrong, but I was sure you could just start a new game and drive where the heck you wanted. I know for a fact that in Taymir that you can't leave Drowned Lands (gateways are locked) until you complete that oil searching contract. But I thought all other maps was just open?

You can use the money glitch to get non unlocked parts like engines and what not using it. It has to be the part underneath one you can buy. You can also do this and sell the part you were given while it's still unlocked.

Mr. Wolf, is there still a bug or risk of loosing a truck in multiplayer? I think I have lost two now. I’ve looked in all my garages and truck storage. I might not even question this except in the truck store, it shows a check mark next to two trucks, like I own them,but they are nowhere to be found. I had joined a multiplayer session, put one of my trucks into active, and then the host ended the session. Now that truck is gone. Do they consider this a bug and is there a fix or solution for me? Thought you might have thoughts or even a video on the subject. Thanks, enjoy your videos! Jim
