4:44 'I can do it with this it takes five doesn't it' - NO it doesn't as long as there is the five slot taking oilrig loaded onto which you only can unload after delivering the metalplanks OR if you have a crane at hand. ;) My experience with these multi stage missions is: as long as you don't exactly know what you do - it is best doing them exactly as they are given by the tracing order. 7:00 as a truck driver: always obey your rest periods! Thumbs up for the 'Mr.SealyP wisdom hour - I will certainly tune in next episode!' When you were jumping from the recovered Paystar into the Azov - I thought: 'Ohoh - that's gonna end bad, first he'll get stuck and then he tipps the trailer and the load falls off and he has to buy a crane! And if that all is covered by his nine lifes and he makes through to the undloading area then no 'cargo management' sign will pop up because the trailer isn't connected properly - but he always has an extra life left somewhere hidden in his beard! And the cargo management actually did pop up! I don't say : well done Sir - I'll put it: well deservered Mr.SealyP! At the end of the first part I was a bit afraid that with taking the last thing to the target first - in a classic, easy peacy Mr.SealyP manner - You would have stolen the thrill out of the rest of this mission - but glad you've proven me wrong! I enjoyed 'Not a drill - the Mr.SealyP cut' a lot. Keep the series and ... whatever You should choose to do - enjoy doing it, and ... Thanks for Sharing! P.S.: There is one thing that still fuzzes me a bit: If you will come back with the Paystar for collecting that trailer - why not driving down there in the first place without having all that winching the trailer into the loading zone?

That's IF it is engageble - the Azov as far as I know has permanent AWD. But in general you are right - and not only that: if available also make use of the HIGH gear as often as possible.

I love using high gear in the terrain where you dont need low range but not enough power to keep automatic from downshifting. Saves fuel without all the stops and starts

New title... when things go horribly wrong... :) We have all been there. I had a task that took me 3 hours as the truck kept tipping over and losing its cargo time after time after time.

Tip, Always do the jobs in the order they are sugested, metalplanks first then you would not had that problem.

I am having great fun with Snowrunner. Even just driving around for no reason is fun! I managed to rescue the Hummer with my little scout yesterday which was great fun, then I had a blast driving around Alaska in it just for fun! I was just thinking as you were doing this contract that it seemed to be going easier for you than it did for me, then your truck literally shook itself to death! I dropped off the trailer with the drill on and it toppled over and dropped the drill so I had to go back to the garage for a crane 😠

PS, just a FYI. Driving anything with a high range box try knocking it into high from auto before resorting to low. Will give you a bit more pull than auto but use way less fuel than low, also its a bit quicker

@@UltraCasualPenguin With scouts you really need a 'normal' road and high speed for making use of that and some weaker trucks if they don't have a better engine mounted also, but offroad trucks or heavy trucks foremost with engine upgrades should be able to use it at least if they can go in second on auto. As long as you are not going through too deep mud or running up a too steep hill.

@@UltraCasualPenguin I don't have the Azov, so I can't tell about that, but Tayga 6436, White Western Star, Royal BM17, Navistar 5000, Caterpillar 745C, Derry Longhorn, Pacific P16, ... are all capapble of doing that just like Tyler Cheesewright said in his original post.

Anything attached to the vehicle you driving will go through the tunnel with you. That includes anything hooked to you with a winch. (Wink)

Great vid and yes. I had major issues with the huge rig trailer glitching like crazy. I had to unhook it to try to get it unstuck and both truck and trailer took off in the air like a rocket, came back down crashing deep in the mud buried, I had to restart a few times because the trailer would be parked in its original spot but the support legs were stuck deep in the pavement and I couldn’t get my truck under it to hook up so restarted again and finally got mission done. I love this game but the bug glitches I’ve encountered are frustrating. I hope they fix the game crashes too

YES, early game the struggle is real. once you unlock/buy even the tayga, it becomes too easy, or the zones should be harder, ie real russian mud is up to the windows of the cab, and the trucks crawl/struggle through it.

Bug with your Paystar truck .. this problem has happened to me too. Biggest problem a few days ago that my save ended up being corrupted after bringing myself to level 11 ... a little frustrated afterwards.

That service trailer is for a mission, that's why it doesnt function properly. The Azov is bugged (in my oppinion) because its fuel usage is equal to a truck that is non-AWD. In comparison with the taiga its fuel consumption is generally slightly less than half. They should be similar besides the azov being 8x8 instead of 6x6

and that, my friend, is why the Azov is my scout truck, same fuel mileage as the Khan, massively bigger fuel tank, meaning I can get more done per tank of fuel....

you dont have to bring a specific item first,on 1 mission i did it required the petrol tanker attached to a high saddle truck,and metal and 2 wood i took the metal and wood first and still completed it if more then one thing is listed on the delivery list use D-PAD to scroll up and down and select to unload

Though I am watching this way into the future, it gave me a right laugh. Placing the machinery in front of the construction compound. In all fairness this job took me around 2 to 3 hours to finish. wrong choice of trailer for the job and getting stuck on the hill just past the lumber yard. No damage thankfully.

I even started using rescue with cranes, if need be ,vs recover and reset the task/contract. I only have a few contracts in Alaska left, did Russia after Michigan, and I am saving Rift and alaska until I have cleared even contests in Michigan and Russia so I have some content leading up to CANADA!

I recently saw on one of the forums a PC player had been poking around in the config' files for the Azov (not sure which one). He said the centre of mass modifier has a typo which, once corrected, resolve the understeer problem with the truck. Not much use to you playing on PS4 but it may get corrected in a future update; yet another reason I'm glad I don't play on console.

I am so confused. I used a 5 slot trailer with boards on the side and I couldn't pack it. I thought it might be because it was a special transport. Turns out I need to use this regular trailer specifically to pack the cargo. They should have clarified this at the start
