if you want refined phosphorus you can scrap those parts all over your world, the plates you use on the side of your mech gives it from the scrapper. you can get any resource from the scrapper if you scrap the right things, the lightning part gives a bunch of types of resources.. same with the medium off road 2m and 3m wheels are good to scrap for stuff, as well as your mech side armor is good for refined Phosphorous. :) hope that helps

How would the missile launcher fire if the launcher is facing forward directly at the enemy instead of facing upward do the missile still take the parabolic curve

Idk if im using the missiles incorrectly but they seem so inconsistent on when they even fire.... i can have a swarm around me and im mashing the fire button and nothing happens, and its not fire rate either... just seems very picky on when it actually fires.... am i doing something wrong?

If you press tab then press space you can change your vehicle in the field, just be sure to repair before you change stuff cause if you change it in the field if you lost any parts they won't come back also if you mouse over the item in your inventory it will show you what you need (heavy ammo for the shockmount rifle)

You will have more space for your extra tech parts in a base storage expansion because everything counts as 1 space where as in the silos, they are various sizes.

Aggressive plants in the swamp will give you phosphorus..

Large cargo is found in the Snow region and sometimes in the swamp.

ps. you really weren't prepared right to go that deep into the cold zone. I was talking to my screen when you wandered into that area, saying.. "no, don't man, don't go down there,, no don't go down there, your not prepared yet.. no... he went down there. " 🫣😏 You pressed too far. you need to go back to the zone, gather anything useful still scattered around, and then do a rebuild. give yourself a lot more protection, and build specifically for those spiked tires. they will take you dang near up a vertical surface, as long as your vehicle has enough power, so enough of them to really get you moving, and balance out your weight on the vehicle properly. Id love to see a triple missile launcher design, but first you need to be able to make it into that zone, taking out who you can with distance, staying far away, grabbing the stragglers from the outside, on the edges, before ever going down there, as you wont be able to outrun all of them, and even the little guys have teeth up close. So don't get into that kind of contest. work your way in from the outside, and don't even go down there till everything else down there is dead, until your much stronger vehicle, heat, and armor wise. your vehicle was deep into the too cold bar, for a very long time, as you started venturing too deep. It was only a matter of time before that did enough damage to backfire on you, alone. So you need to keep an eye on that. as the cold level in that biome fluxgates a lot as you get deep into it, and into dark areas as well. Sorry you had a set back, take it easy, and get stronger, you'll get there and fend better, when your better prepared man.

LOL yeah definitely was not ready. This snow zone area is no joke. So much to manage, too cold, too hot, everything chasing me, running out of power, running out of fuel, and the foliage shooting at me. I kind of like it... LOL Thanks for the tips. 😁 👍

I'm wondering which one is easier to use: a rocket launcher or a grenade launcher?

The rocket launcher seems the easiest, but the Grenade launcher is cheap to make ammo for.

Question.... have you ever play actual terratech? It would give you some ideas to what they are going to do. But yes resources do seem scares. I'd recommend just scrapping parts to get more of what you need. Won't help fully tho.

No I have played it at all but may need to check it out. Yeah I do scrape a ton of things but hardly get phosphorus. It's challenging.

Yeah I can, and I did that early on. But now it just takes too much time to mess with. Especially when recycling parts gives more resources.

You need to downsize you tech. Your core is 240 of 180, that will cause your repair rate to slow or stop and your battery consumption is amplified

I'll look into it... it should be at normal volumes but sometimes game effects and sounds can get loud.

It was frustrating watching you waste millions of rockets. Although you got lucky a few times, these rockets are not smart, so the target must be immobile for them to hit their target. A good strategy is to take out a wheel, then use the rocket, but hitting a moving target with them isn't proficient. You are better off with a long range gun that breaks a wheel, followed by a rocket. You were too busy getting destroyed to see that the bots that were on the icy water were also showing stress cracks from the cold. Using the spiked wheels will make it possible to climb better and maneuver better; especially on the ice. Batteries are crucial to surviving a fight. Dark areas are geothermal zones, meaning you can warm up in them.

ah man.. your making my inner loot goblin go nuts, leaving all those parts unclaimed when you don't even know what half of them are. Imagine the things you've missed, like that rifle, because you didn't check. I couldn't do it, it would drive me crazy not knowing if I missed something that could make me stronger. 🫣😵‍💫

Yeah I try to collect all the parts and then recycle them. But it's some too much and I have to go back.
