@Wanthuyr Filho Murmeniusz is wrong when he says "never ending sustain". There's no such thing. This is feedback. Very different. Sustain means a string vibrates indefinitely which it cannot do by itself. Each vibration (sound wave) is followed by a smaller one until there are none left. Like spinning a coin until it falls. Feedback is different because the noise coming from an amp actually pushes air and if you stand in the right place the airflow causes the string to continue vibrating. This could be infinite if you had the patience.
