I was there from Nov 23 til Dec 2 and experienced that snowfall. Visited also Asahikawa, Furano and Otaru, where I experienced heavy snow fall. I was so amazed and now I'm missing Hokkaido 😢 Hope I can go back soon 😍 I love Japan ❤🇯🇵

I really enjoyed your video! so much cleaner of an edit than most vlog videos!!!! I'm coming to Japan in 12 days, for a vacation, & I really want to see snow, so I've been thinking Hokkaido is a guarantee spot to see that. haha I'll be in Tokyo, Nagoya, and I havent made plans yet for the rest of my 2 week trip!

It’s about a 6-8 hour Shinkansen ride from Tokyo to Sapporo but it’s worth the effort. Make your way to Niseko if you can. Bon voyage.

The Shinkansen has not yet opened to Sapporo. It is scheduled to open in the future.

@ I watched 1 video that mentioned an overnight train, but I don’t know how to find any information about that, if that’s even true. That would be my best option so I didn’t waste the whole day to travel. ✌️

I don't know about night trains. But traveling by train from Tokyo to Sapporo takes a very long time. I think the most common way to travel from Tokyo to Sapporo is to fly from Haneda Airport to New Chitose Airport.

雪季的北海道很漂亮但變數太大對觀光客來說不是特別適合，但在那邊不像東京大阪到處都人擠人逛起來很舒服，在地食物也很好吃

What camera do you use for recording ? Quality is decent though 👌 . Thank you for the moment TBH, I just purchased Japan Airlines ticket to Sapporo for Feb 2025. There will be event Yuki Matsuri. Can’t wait for it ❄️

Thank you for your comment.😄 The camera used in this video is a Sony α7cii. The lens is 35mm. However, camera shake is a concern with this camera, so I used an iPhone 13 Pro for the scenes where I was walking. The iPhone may have better image stabilization. I started this KZbin channel about a month ago, so I don't have much experience shooting videos, so I'm going to practice more. Enjoy the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri!
