Thank you so much, Professor. The other day I had a presentation. I knew everything but the concept of SNPChip. There are two BeadChips for soybean as developed by Illumina. One is SNP6K and the other one was soyNAM50K bead chip. In this case, the frameworks of 6K bead chip was used for the soyNAM50K bead chip and over 42000 SNPs were detected. Although this is very technical and do not know the mechanism behind it, but your tutorial really made me understand the overall idea of genome sequences. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it..

I am glad that you like it! This series is (will be) the KZbin version I feel it is important to know about the subject. There might be a book out there, but I did not find it so far. So I condensed what I know about the subject to these lectures, and decided to share.
