Oh my gosh, i just cant continental knit. Ive tried and tried and its just not comfortable for me. Im excited about this pattern, looks like a nice one for dishcloths or facecloths. Ive found in this video how im really impressed with your style of knitting and am losing myself in that instead of paying attention to the pattern lol.

Hi. I’m a recent subscriber, greatly appreciate your videos, and have a question that you might have answered elsewhere. I’m a continental knitter, but the way you purl is completely incomprehensible to me. It looks much more complicated than the way I do it. Could you help me understand why (and how) you purl that way?

Hi! I purl using the Norwegian purl, it allows me to keep the working yarn at the back and not have a twisted stitch to work on the return row like with some other purl methods.

@@SnufflebeanYarn Thank you! I’m going to look that up. My purl stitches don’t end up twisted but my tension on them is not great so maybe this technique will help me.
