This one man bivvi shelter is much smaller than a standard tent but with all the features. It comes complete with seven ultralight alloy stakes (six and one for a spare), to create a spacious canopy around the head, leaving plenty of room to manoeuvre and good breathable access.
The Stratosphere packs into its own compression sack and when packed together (including tent pegs) weighs little over 1kg making it lightweight and practical. Fully zipped with a rollaway No-See-Um-Mesh Mosquito Net in the front of the hood and a meshed ventilation section at the back.

Hi Scott good video mate. Am looking at getting a bivvy tent but you just never know which one is going to be the best but this has been really helpful thanks, and will look into getting one. Normally just use a tarp setup because its light and simple but looks like this will be even more lighter and easier to put up. Thumbs up from me as always 👍

All right, got me one of these. Ready for packing light in the zombie apocalypse. Any view on hammock camping by the way? There seem to be a few different camps around tent, bivy or hammock.

same rucksack as myself, and I also have the bivi.. I prefer my ionophere as its a bit more roomy inside and still good to stealth camp in. I don't think theres much of a difference wieght wise as well. the killer difference is condensation, never got any condensation in my ionisphere. I tend to get it in the bivi especially down near the footbox.

I've got the Alpkit Elan hooped bivy, when I sleep on my side my shoulder pushes against the body of the bag and closes the front/ face vent.
