To be honest, you aren't the first person to point out Blondie. Since "So am I" is all about self acceptance despite not fitting in, I thought it'd make sense to acknowledge how Blondie kinda goes against that as the resident gossip girl of EAH. I couldn't think of a better way to get the point across other than giving her "evil-red" eyes, hence the "demented" look lol

Those scenes aren't really based on anything, just the fact that Daring is the favorite child in his family while Dexter and Darling are left in the dust. I thought it'd be nice if Daring actually acknowledged that the difference in treatment between him and his siblings is unfair.
