I was there Friday evening and it was everything but quiet. When I looked at the highlights of the session, I had the feeling too but it probably has something to do with microphone placement (just like you can hear the darts make contact with the board much louder). But unlike some other crowds we're respectful for everyone on stage. Kim lost 6-0 and everyone stood up and gave Ricky Evans a standing ovation. You won't see that anywhere else

But I really like him as a commentator and try to be neutral about it. But hey, thanks for your answer and especially for your reasoning. Everyone has their opinion and of course I fully accept them in this regard. I just think it's important that people can justify such statements in a meaningful way. Then you can accept that.
