OMG! Cauliflower patties! I am half Italian half scottish(live in Scotland), and my Nonna made these, only difference was that she used more batter. She called them cauliflower patties. When i was a young adult and got my own flat I used to get her to make these for me when i was having a party! Then after she died my Mum made them. I have never met a person who doesn't like them. Even people who don't like cauliflower love them. I obviously stopped being lazy and started making them myself in my 20's. They are famous in my circle of friends and i make them often. My boyfriend's favorite. Wow, so cool to see an Italian Nonna making them online. Wonder what other dishes you make that i would recognise. My Grandparents were from Cassino. Best wishes, Nicki Di Mambro

God bless this beautiful family. Nonno is so talented, he's an artist, inventor, gardener and so much more. Nonna cooks everything so delizioso! No matter where your family is from in Italy, mine is from the Amalfi coast, my nonna Maria Carmela used to make her cauliflower the exact way. Auguri e Salute da Florida :*

Nonna, have you ever tried cauliflower steaks? Thick slices of cauliflower coated with EVO and salt and pepper and minced garlic - in oven 400 for 25 minutes, flip them and top with Asiago cheese and another 20 minutes until golden brown. 👍🏼. Love your channel!!!!

Nonna, you take the simplest things and make them better! Fried cauliflower should satisfy the fry babies and is so much better than a carb filled and starchy potato. As for the size of that veggie seasoning; I'm guessing Costco or some other bulk store?! I'd love to see the reaction if one of the family members removed it from her spice cabinet before filming started.😊

In the US South, we say everything tastes better when fried. Just wondering - has Nonna tried any exotic delicacies in Italy? I've seen the butcher shops that sell horse meat, though I've only had a small slice of it. What does she like that would be considered exotic, besides snails?

When you gonna get Spicy Nonna a brand deal for the vegetable seasoning? Put together a video of every recipe where she adds the stuff, have her present the bottle so we can see the brand, and get everybody to say how much they like it. Maybe they'll send her a lifetime supply at least, if not some good cash. Companies love the shoutout from their best customers. Here, I wrote the script for you already: Hey Nonna, whacha got there? - Vegetable seasoning. What brand is that? - ____ Brand Vegetable Seasoning, of course. It's good. What do you put that on? - Everything. Look: What do you think, Nonno? - There's a lot of good food here, but this with ____ brand Vegetable Seasoning is the BEST! [Close with family eating in the background, and Nonna says "They call me the Spicy Nonna, because I know what spice tastes good: _____ Brand Vegetable Seasoning! Try it. Now who wants some more?" [entire family yells out "ME, Nonna, ME!", and at least one or two dogs come running in with their empty bowl too. (not Melvin)]

Yes she can be an influencer for her vegetable brand seasoning. She can also be an influencer for her flower brand and her oil brand because I don't know. She uses lots of flour and lots oil. oh and a chezze influencer. as she cooks with cheese as well.

Mine too! And after she par boiled the cauliflower, she gave them a little smash to flatten them a little before she battered and fried them. They were good warm or room temperature.
