3g (1tsp) Yeast
12g (1tbsp) Sugar
300g (2cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
3g (1/2tsp) Salt

200°C (400°F) bake for 10 minutes

Now what is a quick and easy recipe of dough for pizza is to just buy self-rising flour and plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt add mixed together according to the proper ratio I think it's two and one and a half or something like that I have to double-check the measurements but those are the only ingredients you have to use for the crust you roll it out and bake it no because you are using a yogurt it will come out slightly tasting a little bit more like a sourdough crust especially if you use the Greek yogurt over regular yogurt but it still tastes really good it doesn't even taste that much like sourdough to me and it's so quick and easy I don't even bother making any other pizza dough crust it might even work with sour cream if you really want to taste sourdough mix the sour cream with the Greek yogurt I bet that would work too but I have not tried it that way now I am wondering if that same recipe I just mentioned would work for a stove top flatbread? Hmm probably I should try it sometime

Use Pillsbury dough will take 10 min , no one wants to dough-ing and rest dough-ing and rest to make just small pizza. Everyone ! don't Make pizza at home , make deliver !
