Stupid question: if you take ezreal and slap heartsteel on him then go 1 Armour pen item then one magic pen item, after you just pick 1 HP to AP item and lastly HP to AD item. Would that be doable? Rito should change how stormsurge works, or how it deals damage. Make it deal more damage at range (similar to how Nidalee's Q works). Then AP assassins won't get OP OP, just OP, and normal AP casters can enjoy a good item.

Zwag, I just played Ezreal full ap, can you tell me what you think of this build: Ludens, Sorcerer's, Lich Bane, Stormsurge, Rabadons, and last could be defensive like Zhonya's or offensive like Void or Shadowflame. I did insane ammounts of damage, and you can poke sooo much with W basic, no mana concerns with lost chapter and ludens later. Runes: First strike, boots, cookies, gathering storm and that one that gives you extra ap on 70%+ hp. Ignite Flash
