These are quite tasty, that's a nice dark grey/canvas combo though I prefer an OG waffle sole. Lace swap would be perfect. Patiently waiting/praying for a Big Bubble though

Since buying the grey Kasina 1s I can’t justify picking up another majority grey pair of AM1s but I wanted to comment anyway to say big up for an excellent review. Especially nice seeing the suede quality by brushing it with your thumb 👌 enjoy - a great pair!

Thanks for commenting on the sizing. I'm one of those folks that is a 9 in almost all Nike shoes. WIth the AM1 Patta, I went with an 8.5 and they fit well. What's your typical size in other Nike shoes?

No problem! I'm normally a 9uk with every other shoe, but AM1s some of them I can go 0.5 down 👌🏼

@@TheLifeOfABroski That’s so strange, from my experience I have to sometimes go .5 up to size 12 in AM1, but sometimes that’ll be too big, but then the 11.5 are also too small, I got that awkward foot size I guess! I just ordered the size 12 off the restock via SNKRS app earlier. Anyway, hope you had a good Air Max Day broski!

If not for the crepe-style outsole and midsole colour this would be perfect IMO. Since i managed to get the ironstone AM1 pair a few months ago I'm more than satisfied either way. Hope everyone planning to get these get the chance!

Yes they are comfy! Not as comfy as Ultra boost but considering the build and tech is from the early 1980s they’re decent. About the same as Jordan 3s, more comfy than Jordan 4s and wayyyy better than Dunks and Jordan 1s. Go TTS 👌

It’s the swoosh and the midsole that doesn’t do it for me the colours are too stark against those lovely grey tones. That being said Air Max 1 are my favourites so I’ll be on the lookout for the colours they do this year, especially after the wasabi and familia of last year.

Yeah sure, because of the soft materials they lose shape easier compared to a leather/canvas shoe. It's fine if you use a shoe tree or stuff with tissue 👌🏼
