The house is currently under renovation and will soon be a beautiful home once again. The owner, Barry, recently messaged a few people and requested in a polite manner that all explorers and paranormal investigators refrain from visiting the property. This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.

I’m sure that you will have already realised what has happened here Guys. The Flat 3rd visit only confirms the validity of the previous 2 encounters, because if it was the building settling or Rats etc, you would have heard the same noises yet again. The absence of any of the previous captures makes this 3rd visit fantastic! Simply because it confirms your previous captures were real, not all emanating from the building. I would have been thrilled to bits if this had happened to me in my investigating days. I can’t tell you the number of times I returned to a location, only to find exactly the same sounds, which meant that it was simply the building and it’s normal animal visitors! Have you guy's never considered an abandonment session? Set everything up and leave the house with all your gear running? Don't go miles away, perhaps sit in the car outside for an hour, see if you catch anything on camera or any devices. Keep up the amazing work boys.

If I was them I wouldn't go far because their equipment is likely to be very good quality and not cheap so with so many thieves and vandals it should be kept safe but still a very good idea. 30 east drive seems to get more activity if people start ignoring them and chatting among themselves.

"No Energy". Atmospheric conditions play a massive part in how well we can communicate with the spirit realm. The sun needs to be down, the atmosphere pretty clear, to give the best conditions for contact. Would be good to see you do a proper late night investigation (midnight -3am supposedly best time due to the Sun's electro-magnetic influence) in this location, on a clearish night following a good clear day with no rain, and see just how much activity you get in the right conditions. ❤️ Definitely worth watching some of Don Phillips work. He's a magnet for spirit communications, a conduit. Absolutely genuine fella, he explains about conditions all the time, having got the info from the spirits directly ❤️🙏✌️

There’s seriously something about that house. As I’ve been watching this morning, my dog who rarely watches the TV was watching with me and he was barking when Griff knocked at the wall, I’m still watching and he’s glued to the TV. He barks at a certain spot in my house where we have experienced things.

If the property is not in use and there are animals living there, I would be on the lookout for signs such as droppings. Its not unusual for animals to live inside walls, the back of ovens, underneath floorboards etc. That could explain some of the bangs, grinding noises and squeaks you are hearing.

Its a lovely house .Think its a good idea to revisit places The Aga is obviously connected to a chimney .Mine is installed into an open fireplace in my kitchen.The chimney will be stone so won't sound hollow when banged.Not sure ghosts will always be present. We live in an old 1700's building and when there's a wind/breeze in a different direction the wooden framed structure makes all sorts of spooky bangs and sounds like brief walking etc. I was just wondering 😊
