Also, if you want to make duet songs more accurate if you're doing Stayed Gone or Loser Baby. My suggestion is that you go on kit, record yourself singing the song of one character each, and then use the audio of the character part you singed and use it for the AI cover, and then do the next one! Like for example, I sang Husk's part of the lyrics first, and then use that whenever I want to. Then after that I do Angel Dust's. It may take longer, but it will be worth it for a perfect ai cover! Wish you all luck!

Personally, since I cannot sing even if my life depends on it, I just use Ultimate Vocal Remover which can (most of the times) separate overlapping vocals from one another! But, if you can sing, more power to you :)

Same way you separate background vocals from lead vocals! Just follow the part where I talk about that and it should (usually it does, but sometimes it can fail horribly) work!

For now (as the time I'm writing this comment), and as it stands, legally, you can use this without any problems! U.S law (assuming you live in the U.S) or hell, even European laws are very vague when it comes to AI content in general, or at least for now. There's laws dedicated to it that are in the works, so always be on a lookout for what laws are passed that controls the way AI content can be made. But companies like Disney have already been using voices and faces of actors in their movies (not saying it's a good thing to profit off of an actor's entire appearance, but I'm just saying it as an example because it's the most recent example)

At the end of the day, AI is just a tool that helps you do stuff you can't normally do or people might find hard to do! VAing is still much harder to do on its own, and especially harder than working with any AI out there (coming from experience here lol, I'm not delusional to that fact). My heart goes out to all of the people who can sing, VA, etc, so I just hope they understand how these things can be useful for other people that make content similar to them :)
