Yeah! So Hyang was part of a band called POS, you can get their album Story (POS 5) on Amazon. She has also released original songs 'The Song Begins', 'Someday' and others. She has also sung many OST such as 'Wind Song'.

Love your genuine reaction. And thank you for spreading the word about Sohyang. More people should know about her. She did put some records but you are correct that she is not willing to subject herself to the commercial demand. She is only interested in delivering music that touches others.

Zach Archer I can't really give a recommendation since I have not listened to the album but I know of a few of the songs like O Holy Night, Upon This Rock that showcase her vocal prowess. However the album didn't meet with commercial success.

She has started her own music school, and needs to be there, and is why she is thinking of retiring. I doubt it will be forever, but she wants to get her school going. I cannot believe that there is someone who does not know Whitney Houston...lol She has recorded some under a label I cannot think of right now, but she was younger, and her current singing is better, more polished.

Fawzia Tung dimash is amazing but not better than Sohyang. Sohyang is a virtuoso vocalist. Dimash needs to catch up in terms of techniques. He has the pipes.. He needs technique

This is way too far on Charice's version of i have nothing.. charice's version is still way way better than this.. so hyang has no depth i cant feel the emotion. Just shouting especially on the refrain.. no techniques.. she could paused to feel more tension but she didnt..

She's a great singer but doesn't hold a candle to Jessie J who has all the bells and whistles with untouchable tonality, and that's the major difference.
