Not entirely true. The best thing any man can do for an approach is be well groomed, dress well, and be socially comfortable. Most women will give you a chance if you have these things going for you. Genetic looks certainly do help a lot but they aren't the most important factor. No disrespect to Axel but he is no Brad Pitt. But he is very charismatic, dresses well, and is groomed well for his style. So he checked all three boxes. Not to mention he is very experienced in approaching. So what seems like a one time good approach to the untrained eye is something he has actually done a million times.

Don't have such a loser mentality. Genetics help but aren't the most important factor. A good looking guy with a greasy t-shirt and who is socially awkward will probably have very little to no luck. What is more important is being well groomed, dressing well and having a particular style that suits you, and the most important thing, you have to be socially comfortable and competent. A couple of days ago I was sitting at the beach eating sushi. There was a girl with her dog sitting in front of me. She gets up to leave then when she gets near me stops and turns to look out at the beach. Was this a signal she noticed me and wanted me to initiate something. It's so sad watching vids like these knowing I'm never going to get to ever experience love or a relationship with a nice women just because I just so happened to end up a short man. Trust me, you would not get the time of day if you were short. I've gone up to over 100 women this past year, making sure I presented myself nicely and with confidence, and I only got 2 dates out of all of them. Hey man. I hope all is well with you at this very moment this new year. I don't know you or your particular situation, but I'm 26 years old and have what seems to be the opposite of your situation. I have eyes of other women of different ages noticing me, but I can tell you that it only brings me uncertainty and unwanted excitement even sadness. Jesus...just from the first part in the park I got a really strong vibe that this might be Budapest. I was in the city just two times so far but it's my favourite one outside of my country. Vibes are immaculate there. Then around 4:15 I saw that sign on the van...is this really Budapest?!? Think I might have a really strong connection with that city.
