Like out of every Gacha Game I play. (I play alot of games) (Genshin, HSR, HI3, Reverse 1999, Pokemon Masters EX, Dragon Ball Legends/Dokkan Battle, Wuthering Waves) Nikke's system is far and away my favourite. You get a summon a day dependent on how many friends you have (30 is the max) (how active they are), the events you get a free 10 pull both limited and standard). I'm presently in the last chapter thus far. It's dark but honestly relatable in a dark twist of fate. Hope the sales pitch works.

Can confirm, the story is amazing! Only problem is, you're gonna struggle if you try to catch up with it in-game. This is because the best stories are from past events, which don't get reruns. Instead, they eventually get released to the "Archive", and you'll need an item you get once per event to unlock and play each. It's honestly recommended to prioritize the most plot-relevant ones (OVER ZONE, RED ASH, and New Year, New Self), or view them on YT, though it takes away from the experience, in my opinion. Luckily, the majority of event stories are side plots, so they're not vital. But even among those are some insanely good ones!

Other than Scarlet, (Gurren in JP) All of the Nikke from Pilgrim Factions (First and Second Generation) is called Grimm Model Series. As in, based on Grimm Brother's fairy tales. Rapunzel, Snow White, Red Hood, Dorothy, Little Mermaid (Siren), Hansel and Gretel, Red Shoes, and Cinderella. They're built with top of the line, experimental technology. And many of the technology behind their armaments has been lost to time over the years since then. Liliweiss, the one in the opening scene for the event is the Prototype, The First Nikke: Goddess of Victory. To those who're just starting, or about to start playing, the Old Tales event is a prologue, it takes place 100 years before the main story line, and if you're confused in certain parts of this event story, don't fret, as they have added the previous event into the game so you may experience the previous events, including Red Ash, the event story before Old Tales. Or if you just wanted the story, but didn't have time to play, you can google them as well. Or if you're just wanted a good song, I recommend their songs as well, there's many banger selection from many music they've released over 2 years of release. Check out their KZbin channel, COSMOGRAPH for their NIKKE songs! Ps: the game is very F2P friendly, me personally haven't spent a dime playing this game, although i recently spent here amd there for gems, its only because i really wanted the character, and wanting to support the devs. Each limited events gives you 10 standard tickets, and 10 rainbow tickets per. And the game is pretty generous in terms of gem rewards, and although the game doesn't have pity, the amount of SSRs they gave you is pretty generous too. I myself is proud 3 star core+2 Red Hood haver. Oh, and one more thing: Welcome to Nikke rabbit hole. Welcome to hell. (JK) Or am I?

This may be a hot take but I think Nikke story is far better than any Hoyoverse games so far just for the fact that the story telling of Nikke is not bloated with dialogues and the characters are endearing af. Also, with all the fluff and gooning the game has, it has a f*ck ton of depression and pain. Nikke is the literal "came for the plot, stayed for the plot". Also, Nikke devs are probably one of the most creative devs in the gacha sphere recently. The game have a lot of mini games, and the events are also great.

I've been playing this game since the 1.5 anniversary. The story and the music of this game are really well done for what you'd expect. The character writing it's better than a lot of triple a games and I'd argue hoyo games. The current event story is huge for lore nuts and this game has all of these events stories in a recollection mode so that new players don't miss out on stories such as overzone, red ash, last kingdom, and coin rush. A KZbinr by the name of pyrrhixz covers the lore and fan theories regarding the story but hosts amazing interviews with the voice actors of the game.

It’s incredibly subtle but Marian pulls the trigger herself. Perhaps she didn’t want the commander to live with having to execute her. Marian is the core of the commander’s motivations throughout the story, even 30+ chapters in.

As a player who has played since the Half anniversary, let me tell you... This game gets VERY nutty in every aspect. OSTs, Story, Gameplay, even the extras like the arcade feature you tapped on with some of the games like M.O.G feeling like a standalone game themselves. Not only that, but F2P friendly wise it is genuinely one of the best gacha games iut there as the rates (which is usually more than the current banners because the current banners are pilgrims at the moment) are very generous as well as the rewards. Oh and also, if you want to see the story/stories prior to the current event story or other stories, there is an archives system in place to check out other missed events so its not like later players are discriminated or shunned out from the story experience completely. Would definitely love to see you check out nikke in a deeper level.

One thing that really surprised me about the characters in Nikke is the complexity of each character's role in the game's setting, The Ark. I'm sure if you spent a couple of days playing through the game and learned up about the characters in Nikke: Goddess of Victory, you'll notice that these Gacha girls you collect aren't simply "One-off characters" and it shows how talented the writing team is at SHIFTUP. This is how it always happens. People come in through the door for the goon, likely expecting to forget about the game shortly after that clarity kicks in. But then suddenly, the first cutscene pretty much closes the door behind everyone and locks it.

Nikke's are women turned into androids to fight they were human once, choice to changed or "forced" i feel a lot of that happen they usually changed near dead girls to become them and serve, i feel bad for them sending all these girls out the fight, men basically do nothing. Commander your character does go out in missions they always tell him stay put your character pretty much refuses

@@matrixster6238 If you never reached Chapter 5 or talked to any of your Nikkes, that would be a spoiler. But that lore is mentioned to you _very_ early on. I would be shocked if you never knew about the elevator incident, which I knew when I first got the Outpost.

The thing i like about the pull system is that the mileage carries over. So theoretically you can get any character you want if you don't that the one that banner. That's how I obtained Red Hood, Dorothy, and others. It's also inevitable that you'll get 5 stars. Love this game honestly.

A good part of the value to the story is how many times you can go back to the early parts, now knowing a more of what was going on all this time, and still be able to say "Okay, everybody was indeed in character. I was wrong about why they did that, but it makes sense now..." only to have the same thing happen, referring to the exact same events, yet another time. It's difficult to write that way.
