fucking great job man. you said things better than i could and i couldn't agree with you more. it's hard not to bring up the BLM movement because it was a racial movement as well, but you did a good job trying not to compare the incidents. it sucks that we had to lose our own to someone who's defended by the police and white supremacy that has roots so deep in the U.S. we can start by stopping racial jokes in our own friend groups right? it starts really small. thank you for taking time to share your articulate words and thoughts, don't mind those who disagree. they are part of the problem.

spot on man. not that this matters, but I'm black and was touched by the whole movement last year. but looking here, it's bizarre how it took hundreds of acts of racism for people to simply post "racism is bad" and call it a day. especially these huge corporations.. hope to see some concrete actions soon

Because I had no idea how to express myself on an issue that I wouldn't be able to understand the full picture of. THIS one, I do. Besides, with events like these that are happening overseas, the best thing I could do is donate, which I did. If I thought a video of me talking about George Floyd would have made a difference, I would have. I don't expect this video to do anything either. I made a donation, that's the best I can do. I just had something coherent to say on this.
