Many years ago, when i was a christian, my ex wifes son passed away, and his soul visited me late one night to ask for guidance on how to cross over. I explained to him to call to Jesus and ask to be taken into the light, He then said his goodbyes and crossed over. Many years later now as a witch, thanks to you, i realise i was actually being trained in necromancy. It's so strange that even then, Hekate was waiting for the right time to receive me into HER care. Thanks for being her messenger, Sarah. Blessed be ❤✌️

Back in July, my fiancé lost his dog. A dachshund. He was very ill and miserable and I paid for him to go to sleep to cross the rainbow bridge. Before that day, i prayed many times for the sweet dog to be healed. Apparently, i was told no. But I made sure that he went peacefully. My fiancé had been extremely heartbroken for months. The very day the dog passed, l prayed that the dog would come visit my fiancé. And he did many times. With every prayer, he would visit. He was young, healthy and happy again and telling my man that he's alright. Each visit was comforting to him. I feel like that was a very Hekatean thing to do. Yeah. Necromancy as you define it is not like in pop culture or even how some religious circles claim it to be.

Today was my first meditation with Hecate specifically. And….I saw my best friend of many years again, who has passed away. This best friend was a dog. Specifically, a black dog named Starlight. My parents got her for me as a puppy, despite my dad saying that we weren’t getting another dog (it was love at first lick). She was black with silvery gray markings that reminded me of stars in the night sky, which is why I named her Starlight. Come to find out, she had a five-pointed star shaped marking on her chest. She had kennel cough and worms when we got her, but she recovered quickly with treatment. After 14 years, we had to put her down on Easter Sunday of 2022. She had health issues for a couple of years that the vet didn’t think she’d make it, but the right treatment extended her life by two years. Called her the “miracle dog”. In the end, though, those issues got the better of her, and she went unresponsive. We put her down not too long after. Why am I talking about my dog? Looking back, I think Hecate sent Starlight to me all those years ago, to look after me and be my friend (though my dad was Starlight’s favorite person in the family). So, I was thanking Hecate for sending Starlight to me. Starlight has shown up in my dreams multiple times since her death. That’s when Hecate told me in my meditation that her role as a psychopomp and a goddess of liminal spaces doesn’t just mean helping restless souls. It also means helping the living cope with the deaths of their loved ones, too. Which is why I’m sharing this story with you. To hopefully share that insight.

I defended Hekate in the comments on a video after an infamous "light warrior" psychic claimed that she (and all the demons and dark beings were 'dangerous.') What I said: "Hekate is not for everyone just like angels, demons, and deities aren't for everyone. Some people have great experiences with Hekate, but others aren't ready for the darker aspects/her hard lessons and that's alright. Discernment should always be used with spirits...many times trickster spirits pose as the darker entities/deities but they can also pose as angels, too. Trickster spirits and parasites instill fear, not genuine deities. Deities are beyond our comprehension; they want us to evolve on our own and have better things to do than attack us for no reason. Even being able to connect with one close spirit can take years...one must do research. The right spirits/deities/demons/angels will respect your free will and be your guides. The "dark" entities can help with the necessary shadow work. Word of the wise: do not badmouth any deity, angel, or demon and do not try to force anyone not to worship their chosen deity. No mortal can say that they truly know any entity without years of dedication, research, and practice. Odds are it was trickster spirits posing as Hekate to take advantage of our collective fear of the dark and the feminine. Any "deity" who only wants you to focus on them...it's not the real deity." Even though I don't know Hekate or any of the other deities/demons/angels etc. I feel this manmade discrimination against certain entities needs to stop...it's bad enough that we do it to our own human race.

What if...all our souls know all the existing deities from the many lifetimes we had...but certain ones are closer to us in our lifetimes based on lessons/number of lifetimes with them/bonding?

I had a dream of being in a monorail train, which was travelling through a familiar place that doesn't have a railway at this point in time. When i looked out of the train window i saw everything that is now familiar to me in ruins like it was hundreds of years old, i also saw my reflection in the train window and it was another man staring back at me, i was shocked and suddenly felt that feeling we get when we have deja-vu, i then woke up. Could this be another reincarnation of me in the future,? Crazy.

@@witchNwandit’s a descendant dream. And it doesn’t have to be great grandchild. I’m not sure if there is any other word for it because I keep having dreams of being 10,000 years into the future. I’m still trying to figure out these dreams myself.

@@witchNwand That’s another thing, this is hard to explain. I will never have any children. I have medical conditions that prevent me from doing so. It must be a new term from the spirit world or an idea that haven’t heard of yet or something. Spirit told me when I woke up from that first dream “Descendant dream”. This isn’t reincarnation but more of a..soul ancestry?

Recently, me and Persephone, by my accident Persephone's intention, pissed off Hecate. When she let me know what I had done my heart was broken and I was scared, I felt she was going to turn her back on me, what saved me was my willingness to try and correct the issue (BTW I cannot correct it it is attached now) and my willingness not to turn my back on her even if she was about to do it to me. She does forgive, she does love, but you must also forgive, and love. She can also get pissed on your behalf, when I meet Persephone this next new moon I might know to what extent, if I am still in Persephone's good graces that is, sure hope not as I have to work with her. Sorry for the slightly off topic but was asked to share.

I’m brand new to Hekate and trad craft. Coming from a New Age/Eastern background it’s a bit surprising that their doesn’t seem to be much belief in reincarnation in the witchcraft community. I’m very curious. Has Hekate confirmed or denied reincarnation to you?
