I remember my first matches with trickster, I got a down with my knives but I couldn't pick up the body. I was like wow my first match with my new killer and i got a bug that wouldn't fix itself. So I just quit. Got into the next game...the bug was still there! I was pissed! Just rage quit immediately . I think I went from rank 9 to 17 before I figured out you gotta equip your bat to pick up. Mistakes were made.

I ran insidious on pig and wraith because I thought their powers didn't mute their terror radius and for some reason using their ablities counted as standing still (because using the stealth ablity before undetectable was a status effect caused insidious to light up like you stood still) so I played like 20 games before I found out pigs terror radius got muted just by crouching

I was wondering. For the legion build, why "I'm all ears" instead of Hex: Retribution? I get that "I'm all ears" is more likely to trigger when you need it, but considering your other perks, Hex: Retribution could get a lot more value out of itself. With pentimento in use it has the chance to trigger 5 times in a single match! Not to mention its ability to make a player oblivious each time they are touching the totems.

Legion is a very basic M1 killer, so perks that let him gain the edge in chase are more useful overall. On top of that, Pentimento's strongest trait only requires 1 totem, and once you start chasing to have all 5 up, you're losing a lot of pressure to the survivors. Not to mention that Retribution is in the hands of the survivors, ultimately. I'm All Ears will always go off, and that consistency is better for Legion. While it's unlikely, there is always a chance that Survivors never cleanse or bless Hex totems, and in that case, Retribution is a dead perk. It fits fine with the other perks on the build, but doesn't help Legion as much I'm All Ears, imo

The Wraith match with Steve made me think of something--what if perks/add-ons affected your MMR? So stronger things add a certain amount to your MMR, some things decrease it slightly (no item, addons like bubba's limiter or nurse's comb, no mither etc.) Being in a SWF adds a small multipler--it's not perfect but it caters to the fact that what you bring has a strong effect on if you'll "win" or not, and the devs can just base the figures on win rates with these things equipped so it caters to their desire to base everything on "stats".

As a Doctor Main, the fastest downs I’ve gotten are before the match really ever starts. Sometimes unlucky survivors spawn near you and with whispers you blast, locate, see them cause it’s a daytime map like farm, lunge and hit, use some shortcuts and down before survivors really catch an idea of gens. And I tend to make my terror radius larger with distressing, so it scares survivors off gens a bit, especially beginners

I run what I like to call the "Classic DBD experience" build for all killers. Bamboozle. Franklin's demise. Lightborn. Iron Grasp. no bully squads or constant looping. This forces the survivors to just go into a normal chase with you without getting you stuck at one pallet loop the whole time.

My thought is that every time a totem is booned, the next time someone boons it, it takes 8 seconds longer than the last time, also if a hex is booned and the boon is snuffed out, the hex returns (also of you should get stacks while that hex is booned, it doesn't notify you, but you do get stacks)

I think on the spirit game they weren't throwing when they were all in front of the hook. It was a party of altruistic survivors. Guarantee you if they landed the flashlight blind the Feng would've backed up hoping the killer misses, the killer comes back from being blinded and chases one of the two people there, and the last guy hiding gets the save. It's all the survivors together at once but when teams feel confident they'll make greedy plays. Edit: keep in mind they both had flashlights so if the killer gets the Feng and forgets about the other guy there's a chance of a save while the hiding person is unhooking.

In my opinion, the best build for blight is: Ruin, because of how fast he travels Undying, because ruin Survielance, to rush back to gens that have been touched BBQ and chili, allowing you to rush to people quickly (snowball potential!)

2:16:25 I think if they wanted to balance Redhead’s Pinky Finger, then it needs to limit the amount of bottle clown can have or significantly increase his bottle reload time (decrease reload speed). Right now, it’s similar to pre-need Huntress Iridescent Head, where she could afford to throw hatchets more often at less risk. Post-nerf, Huntress has to make every hatchet count, since she has to reload after each one. I think pinky finger should hard limit Clown to 3 bottles. 1 is far too few, since people could just hold W and you would take far too long to catch up having to reload after each bottle. 2 is also probably too weak for the same reason. 3 seems decent, so you could potentially use a couple of bottles for catch-up and then one to insta-down them. That would ideally prevent the low-skill needed to just point blank chuck bottles at people. Not saying Otz is low skill, of course, but you can see where he throws 3-4 bottles at them point blank multiple times. If you only had 1-2 remaining by the time you caught up to the survivor, and 3 at max, then you have to be more accurate.

I've only watched the myers game so far- but yeah. I never considered the way I was playing and why I was losing games with SBMM. I was being TOO nice! My usual build is the other set of perks you had in the last video. At the very least, BBQ and Pop. May take Brute strength or enduring. So yeah boring conventional. Would go out of my way to find other survivors. Those games were more fun. Map and gen pressure. One of my favourite games was juggling survivors as Cenobite with the gift of pain & blood echo (add ons Original Pain and Greasy lens?) . There was a TTV too which can give me anxiety. Anyway, everyone had fun and there was even some endearing end game antics as I let the last survivor go. I rarely see games like that anymore. Most survivors are just outright rude and want to get that reaction I find. Or maybe this garbage SBMM value I have attracts people to it. Anyway rang a bell. Do I enjoy playing sweaty and bringing the meanest builds and playing dirty? Not at all. I sometimes feel it's a dark mindset I fall into that evening if I have had one too sweatfests from survivor teams. Thanks for doing these videos. It does put things into perspective!!!

I'm glad that when you got to Pig the addons were Rule Set no2 and the tape. Its such a risky build considering you can get players who just ignore the gens and try for getting the traps off immediately, but Ive had a match where its actually caused a ton of stress.

that doctor build has probably one of my favorite sets of add ons for doctor. it just feels really good and makes doctor feel way less "you need to hit them with a shock within 1 millimeter and 1 millisecond of when you want the effect, or else you'll get pallet-blocked/ stunned"

It's not very good if the survivors go totem hunting. Full hex builds are very good against nooby players but God tier players could easily beat this. That's why if I ever run hex perks, I run only one one the entire build.
