What changed your mind in Rylias? You used to say it was a bad item in singed not long ago. Just curious if I should start building it again.

It depends on their team comp. In what runes he is running. Since he's been going more early game aggro he wants them to be able to stay in his poison longer to be able to get more damage on them. And since they're playing champions that want to be able to chase and don't have a lot of high mobility abilities he can keep them around in a teamfight longer and prevent them from chasing his teammates if they need to disengage. But he wouldn't be really going Rylias into a team comp that had master yi and others that would ignore the slow.

its just all round a better team item as singed is a team engage. overall if you ghost and ult in and apply a slow to everyone and fling the carry it enables your team to do more. rylais is a team item. i personally rarely build it as im low elo and people will chase me, but they wont chase me when theyre slowed.

I think he came to the conclusion that running ignite and playing for lane like they do in low ELO is higher percentage in High ELO now that the level of High ELO macro play has gone way down.

hear me out. singed support Glacial approach velocity celerity nimbus cloak. and go all out at lvl one with fling first skill and crush them :D p.s. dont work if adc is passive af :/

its okay, the late game champ with better early, mid and late game. so you can just suffer and wait to lose late anyway

what happen to the slow strategy ? where you throw the goo at the 1st mins?

That was for champions like Darius so it will slow push into him. Kayle he can fight and kill level 1 or 2. Start poison and wreck her shit then make it so she can't farm. Not exactly what happened, but the objective is to delay kayle getting 16, which is why he did things like slow the wave without proxy so kayle didn't have a freeze under her tower.

wtf :D I didnt knew these apps would also show you their rune setups but it makes sense since op gg and stuff lol Are they still allowed with vanguard and cause no issues? Which apps exactly are you using here - I had the summoner spell tracking but the size of the window was annoyingly big so I stopped using them... I want to start using again if allowed as it does give an quick overview without browser and an edge ingame

just porofessor, but if you dont want to use overwolf (porofessor requires overwolf) then the u.gg app does not require any other apps to be installed in order to run, and provides all the same features if i recall correctly
