You are 100% right my friend. They used to be a twice a week visit from my wife and myself and the quality of food and service is way down, don’t visit anymore at all. You are always spot on with your reviews and places I’ve never been to but have watched your reviews have become regular visits now, well done and keep it up!

As kinda sad that it is. I am a tiny bit glad that there was something that failed last chance just for that fact that now you can tell the people who believe you like everything and anybody else that was doubting that hey look at the last chance. They arent in the rotation. And honestly sometimes this is good can turn a business around and have them realize that its taking a turn for the worst and its time to reanalyze the food or the cooks etc.

So I would take the gift card. Even if you give it away to someone. I know that in Virginia where I live at if you call and talk to a manager or ask for the district manager’s contact information they will usually replace your meal for free or send a gift card to you if your meal is wrong or not correct.
