The most underrated is Arboliva. Insane stats, pollen puff, strenght sap, screens, helping hand, leech seed, terrain, 125 SpAtk... and he can OHKO Flutter Mane or Iron Bundle with Mirror Coat.

I love all of the unique sets on this team! Especially the Tera Fire + Tera Blast Roaring Moon. I'm off to Charlotte regionals this weekend for my first in-person tournament, and I feel like your videos have really helped me prepare. Keep up the good work! QOTD: I love Scovillain and design-wise, I don't think it gets enough love. I mean, it's a Fire/Grass type that's a pepper plant! Competitively I think it has potential but feels limited to Sun teams. At least is has potential to hit hard on both sides of the physical/special spectrum.

Well, it's perfect for Scarf. Either to Iron Head something like Flutter and bring it down to Sash on Turn 1 or immediately get stat drops with Parting Shot! It has lots of potential for general bulk too, especially once games get down to 3v4. Great for Cleaning up

QOTD: Cyclizar. I really think that, despite the fact that we don't really use subs in the current meta that way, an almost free( with regenerator) Sub Plus immediate baton pass onto another mon is very underappreciated. Going into a multi-scale dragonite for some attacks that avoid certain moves, a mon that needs at least one turn of free setup, or just giving that free hit onto something else that might need it . I think it doesn't work too well in current meta, but I honestly see it showing up more in regulation C, where there is some more setup or stall oriented strategies appearing on Showdown testing. Granted, once regulation C Regionals and events start happening, We might see that everything I just said is complete and utter crap

QOTD: I haven't been playing VGC for long but gen 9 really feels incredible for the amount of competitive mons it introduced. There are for sure some standouts like Gholdengo and Palafin, but a ton of mons still feel good to use. Arboliva, Tinkaton, Killowatrel and so many more all feel like they can carry their weight in the right situation, not to mention some of the multi-regional winners like Baxcalibur and Garganacl still being monsters

Arbolivia is probably one of the most underrated mons this gem, you can tank an iron bundle hit and then recover a lot of your health back with giga drain + grassy terrain. you definitely need the right team to take advantage of it, as opposing bulky pokemon can also benefit from grassy terrain.

I don't know if it's worth pointing out but I play a trick room Tera Grass Bellibolt with Tera Blast to get around Gastro/Amoongus/Brute Bonnet, acid spray helps out in later stages of the game to whittle their SPD down too. Really enjoyed the video 👍

QOTD: Brute Bonnet is just...so perfect. Better than Amoongus, in terms of both Design and Function, can pull its weight offensively with little attack investment and can just shut down certain leads. I especially love punished Perish Trap leads with Tera Ghost and just putting the Gothitelle to sleep after it fails the Fake Out. Gholdengo can stay in and start blasting as Brute Bonnet switches out. It may be dumb as rocks, but this carnivorous Shroom pulls its weight and then some!

QOTD: I may be totally wrong but I feel like Arboliva is really underrated. It has pretty decent stats, with good Sp. Attack and OK bulk. Seed sower is a really cool ability, you can switch into an earthquake, set up grassy terrain and essentially invalidate the earthquake user. It's speed is low but maybe you could use it in a trick room team? Maybe. Or maybe I'm just wrong.
