It would have been nice to hear and see peoples ACTUAL thoughts and feelings about the game, but the moment someone says "sponsored" that chance goes straight out the window. It just screams "I was paid to play the game and are contractually bound to not say a single negative thing about the game." which also says that Volition knows they need to pay people off for positive reviews because they can't let people air their genuine opinions about the game. So both the content creator throws all standards and opinions out the window along with any trust in the content creator for the sake of money and the developer pays to keep negative press a little lower than it could be. This is one of the major prolems with the industry....

It feels like they could have made one more Saints Row game before rebooting and they could have gone BIG with it, like time travel was a thing they introduced, they could have gone full "Go into the past and alter the timeline while also recruiting versions of yourself, then going to the point when the aliens arrive to save the world from being destroyed." They could have potentially used the old maps, maybe even throw some quests on those maps to do while you're there.
