For phase 3, place your dj first so you can max out your towers for a cheaper price when preparing for phase 3 to start. Otherwise, you're wasting money on spending so much on 4 mortars. Either way, I wish I had commando :(

Commando, keep the same price for a good reason. At level 2, it is given hd. Level 3 it is given a jet pack, this jet pack allows commando to move from one place to another. It also creates a impact. Which does damage and knocks back enemies. Level 4 gives commando his missile launcher, which can be set to be automatically done or manually (the player does it) manually cost money because the player can choose its target. Lastly, rework its animation and design And no I don't give two shits if you care

I would give it HD, the shooting mechanic can stay the same, but the rockets mechanics can hit airs and it's stun immune. Also more dps lol.
