I have also used dewgong in OU. but back on gen 6. I believe it was on s toxic stall team with some combination of encore dive and Whirlpool cant remember anymore but i know i caught people off guard with dewgong lol.

Why not run icicle spear on dewgong instead of triple axle? Icicle spear does 25 damage per hit (125 damage total) and is 100% accurate rather than triple axle’s damage of 20 damage per hit and 90% accuracy.

Triple Axel gets stronger with each of the three hits. It's 20, then 40, and finally 60, for a total of 120. The only way Icicle Spear tops that is if you get all 5 hits; not even Loaded Dice makes that an absolute guarantee. And of course, running Loaded Dice at all means you don't get to raise your damage output with the Choice Band.
