The writing on this show is TOP TIER. Every season gets better and better. 100% you NEED to watch Gen V as well. Ties perfectly with everything going on and leads into season 4.

The first time I watched the boys the first episode where A-train ran through Robin it messed me up and I didn’t continue the show I was so fed up I loved her so much and it broke me I cried so much but after a while I got back into it and ended up watching season 1, 2,3, Gen V I love this series and its such a ballsy show and is so much I love about tv and they need this for the big screen a gritty and dark funny and stupid show revolving around super heroes but asshole movie stars! It would do so well on the big screen!

I think people's gripe with season 2 is that it's "woke". Because somehow, some people think calling Nazis evil is bad, and it definitely isn't because those people have a very specific character flaw.

No one thinks it’s calling Nazis evil is bad. the show makes Nazis seem more like republicans. Stormfron is a Nazi pushing gun rights, which Nazis were against. Also as the show goes on, Homelander is more and more portrayed to be like Trump.

Why does Homelander seem to be Trumpian in nature? why is that bad? The show is alright, not amazing. Season 3 ending was terrible, waste all that time trying to get a super weapon to eliminate homelander only to not eliminate him. I hate when shows do that, the season finale of season 3 is my biggest pet peeve.
