The last episode is just before the final arc (in the manga) starts! The animation of the final arc would start airing on October; so if you wanna watch it I recommend you start it now so you'd just be in time for the TYBW arc animation. It's really good. You have to skip the fillers though so you don't lose track or take too much time.

(I won’t spoil anything) bleach is definitely a fire anime and one of my favs, but in my opinion there’s one thing that bugs me about the series (not about the story) it’s not a big deal at the end of the day, if you watch it you might realize what I’m getting at but if you hopped straight into the show you’d enjoy the long journey! I would love to see you react to hype episodes if you don’t wanna watch the whole thing

I would also advice checking out list of differences with the manga because in the early episodes there were some differences like an inveted shinigami character that shows up and ofc later on there are also some filler characters if I remember correctly
