Nah, Ina's looking for something to turn into Takodachis, because that's the whole reason she's there. She's a servant of a trans-dimensional being, and is trying to manifest something that will give it power in this one. Nothing else works, so she has the idea to corrupt civilization to produce life that can. It's an interesting cosmology, honestly. Time and Chaos create Space, who then team up to create Nature, and then they can create Civilization. Who seemed to be kind and inquisitive until they were deliberately changed by something they weren't supposed to see. Kind of a spin on Original Sin except instead of a totally insane tyrant for a god getting mad that the things he made violated a law he made but never told them why he made it, you've got a bunch of nice animes who, out of their collaborative efforts, created something that was poisoned by an outsider for their own ends.

The timeline we're in is where The Ancient Ones ran into a certain someone and when they tried to show off their power to said someone..that one simply smiled, unleashed an unheard of amount of pressure that shook the Old Ones to their very core and simply said "So you're the enemy?" while clapping her hands together. Needless to say...the Ancient Ones calmed down reeeeeaaaaal quick because they wanted none of that smoke...and why we have our comfy Ina instead of World Breaker Ina.

Ina isn’t inherently evil, at least not Past Ina, but aging the forbidden knowledge of the Ancient Ones, she’s become a vessel under guise as The priestess of the void. My head canon is “So it begins…” is the earliest accounts from Hololive Prologue that eventually lead to “Myth’s Bad Ending” an event Kronii deemed inescapable, so she abandoned the Theater of Time (Also depicted in Quazarcake’s animation of Oddloop) However, Amelia and her many incarnations throughout the Ameverse, continued to sacrifice themselves for the sake of their friends (Including an Ina, who during the battle with Gura, still proved she had the power to expel the Ancient One if needed.) and restarted the universe. This constant power by humans to restart reality was enough to summon Hope, which appears in the clouds of the bad ending, bring about IRyS’s decent, possibly giving Myth the edge against the Ancient Ones. However, that is just one universe. The Ancient Ones exist throughout the multiverse as a hive mind nexus entity. Mumei’s connection to civilization has been corrupted by the forbidden knowledge, and only nature’s blessing, the berries, are the short term cure for the insatiable hunger. Sana, who also has lore connections to the Ancient Ones, will probably suffer if space cannot contain the Void, hence the unfortunate reality we are in where she has graduated. Our good ending is this timeline, but at the cost of Sana.
