I've seen a few great suggestions in your comments, here's a few more, I'm not sure if people will like them, I'm spitballing. - Early access to your FM save - I'm not sure how this works exactly, but maybe every two weeks or so, you let people downloaded an updated save of yours, so people can play alongside with you with much of the lore in place. - Suggestion box: you can put forward any team you want and you'll do a draw and pick at random, with the winning team being given at least one season in FM or FIFA - in any league - Vote in special polls which helps to determine things you do. Maybe your first FIFA/FM career mode team is off the table, but there'd be votes for secondary saves, if you should move and where you should move to.
