I was 16 when the mall opened. Lots of good times there during my high school and junior college days. Inside the mall court next to the entrance to Harris’ I met my first pastel art teacher, Doris Hays in 1983. Learned a lot from her and got my inspiration to be a pastel/portrait artist.
