One thing I don't understand. I haven't watched the full show, just came across this clip, so please tell me. The blondie in the scene must've mistakenly thought that Ms. Richards was a saleslady, and she even asked her so nicely at first. So, why did the Richards woman just scoff at her and say no? Is it because of the fact that the blondie had snatched the shoe or something else? I don't understand why the woman had to be so rude... Please explain!
