This feels like it should’ve been a mod pack. Obviously compensation is an added benefit of creating content, but this pack doesn’t seem to present any ground-breaking features. One of the driving features of FS22’s *release* was productions, so revisiting it in a DLC makes little sense. Having functional issues on top of that really makes me question why this was the direction taken, especially since DMI usually has great mods.

Fair bit of xml fixes needed for 4 days. The warehouse is very strange you would think ALL your products would be auto stored on the racks from an unload point and the mini game would have you grabbing lots of different pallets to fill a trailer. Good job on showing things how they really are fsg.

One call out on all the sheds and this is just a pet peeve of mine so I dont know if anyone else cares. I dont understand why people make huge sheds or building for storage but then just give you one or two tiny garage doors to get in them.

Thanks FSG for an honest review. There are only a few FS Creators that I rely on for advice and opinions on new mods and content. I admit up front that I would have never purchased this DLC anyway. I don’t play this kind of game. I farm. After I harvest and sell my crops I’m finished with them. More importantly though is what’s going on with Giants? They didn’t make it but they’re selling it which assumes some responsibility for how well it works. I’m hoping this isn’t a preview of the future. Why would anyone want to complicate the game with sketchy DLC’s in the first place.

As someone who was excited for this pack I am now extremely disappointed this looked like it was going to be so much more this could easily have just been a mod instead of a paid DLC and like DJ said on his video most of these things are available as mods and they're done better.. and also one more thing that I noticed in the screenshots Giants used and even on the initial video they showed you being able to place the smaller sell points on places around the map that you couldn't then we had the update yesterday and nothing's changed we're still unable to buy certain parts of the maps... So they essentially lied...

As dairy said this should've been a mod pack and not a paid DLC. It is just a bunch of regular mods combined into a pack and called a DLC. Won't even comment that half of the stuff don't work(Not surprised at all, seeing how bad Giants testers are with the ModHub mods). I'm sure that they will fix them, but i don't see 1 thing on this DLC that will make the regular player buy it. You can get very similar sheds, you can get almost exactly the same models of the sell points for free, the potato washer was a free mod for FS19, now it is a Paid DLC, i see an ugly practice from Giants and those 3rd Party DLCs to take free mods/ideas from past games and add them as paid stuff in their DLCs... For some reason Giants are going downhill from the moment they started publishing the game themselves, idk if thats the issue, but it is really getting downhill with FS22 ModHub mods and DLCs, will see if they will get back on the right path or no.

Wow, thank you for the review. I was probably going to buy this without much thought, but it's a big NOPE now. To say this pack is underwhelming is generous. Even without the bugs, there doesn't seem to be much substance. I do hope the bugs were a deadline rush effect as I am grateful for the modding community.

This game is becoming Amazon simulator, I wish they concentrated on actual farming, like more crops and animals. I don’t know about the rest of the world but in my corner of it, I don’t know any farmers that own their own mills and the suchlike

Another great video FSG, I do have to say I am a bit disappointed with this DLC there is so many things that could be better and how you do things with them, the bugs and glitches I’m sure will be fixed in the future, I was actually really excited when I saw your other video on the announcement, I thought I would be better than this, but the video, editing and every thing else was really good despite the disappointing DLC very good video as always FSG.

Interesting a paid dlc preview that we already,have and that works better for example dazed spud plant, and there was supposed to be buildable sheds in this pack and the market stalls, which have the delivery points in the front I just wonder if this went through giants testing, before they released the early version to content creators unless it’s all the doggie mods you use FSG 🤣🤣 all I can say is let’s hope it gets fixed in 3-4 days 👏👏👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The point is to use a Stabletruck and not a regular truck, the only problem with that is the modder has made the lower bars to low, so you can`t fit the legs under it. Another thing, the shelves should have been a little further apart. I don`t know what they are thinking when they are making these things. And all this auto shit. I have made my own logistick ware house, that are realistic. You get products inn from productions or even from privat houses. Then you need to load up to a truck and drive to deliver or to sell. You also get products inn that you need to deliver to other productions. This is how it should be, this is real deal logistic.

After seeing these reviews, I think they should just pull this DLC. Seems apparent DMI nor Giants bothered play testing this. I don’t see how they can fix this by Tuesday. I had hopes it would be better than I originally thought of it when I saw the trailer. I don’t think my low expectation could have got lower, but here we are.

Well.... I pre-purchased this last week on steam at a slight discount because it looked like we would finally get a large warehouse with autoload and with the edition of bale/pallet storage to the game I thought here we go finally a big building to hold everything at large capacity but that turned out to be a BIG NOPE.... I also liked the idea of some of the sheds and though they are ok the fact that we are in FS22 and can't place things how we want *meaning 360 degrees* is annoying to say the least.... I normally have no interest in root crop but was kind of excited for the realism of washing and selling stinks that it doesn't work. I am disappointed with both the modder and Giants because though Giants didn't make this they basically aloud a 3rd party modder to make money on what is a copy cat so to speak of mods we already have for free and they are broken / basic and do not offer any improvements to our game play.... That being said the repair shop appears we could park things in all 3 bays and fix everything in there at once which I think is awesome. Sometimes hard lessons cost you a few bucks I guess.

It has some nice buildings, but that's all basically. I was really excited about this pack and think they had some good ideas. But after seeing this, things not working and things you mentioned. I think this pack is a big disaster and beyond a disappointment. If this is what the producer of farming simulator are capable of, I'm really worried about farming simulator 25. Just looking at what people creating mods is amazing, they are not even a owner or part of of farming is simulator. They could create the game even better. This does definitely need a serious improvement and update, hope they take the feedback seriously. Really happy that I watched this video and haven't bought it yet, was actually planning to buy it today but that is out of the question. I need to see it improved/updated to a hole other level, then see someone make another video of it after that. Thanks for the video

The distribution centre is the view of someone whos never been in one, i thought it was a clever return for tranport jobs and being a trucker ( steady 😮) i thought i wonder if itll cope with multi drop, but nope i eas way off. I relly hope they catch this ss there is good potential here , as yet untapped. And am going teach ma granny , but did you jave s fly round washer / beet cutter with f5 on ? Bugs aside, this DLC seems really... pointless. Bugs I can dismiss. Bugs can be fixed. However, based on your review the other points you have made just make me scratch my head. I suppose to give the team the benefit of a doubt, the missing products at the various sell points could be chalked up to just more bugs. But given the inconsistency of the missing items, that seems unlikely. The distribution center is the biggest issue for me. I think what this boils down to is poor, almost misleading, marketing. From their site, "This is something to work towards and build: On 4,000 square meters, you manage your own distribution center full of heavy-loading shelves. Operate a forklift to unload your trucks arriving at its unloading bays, make use of the high-load shelves with room for hundreds of pallets, and start distributing big-style. If that doesn’t feel rewarding, what does?" As you said, it really is just a big sell point. There is no form of distribution actually happening. The pallets you drop seemingly disappear and are sold to some unknown vendor. It's simply a posing as a distribution center. Ultimately, this just feels like a product that was not thoroughly thought through, poorly QA'd, and rushed to release. Which is sad. I think a lot of players were pretty excited to get some new gameplay elements that added more flavor to the game.

Kinda pissed now that I spent $8 on this before watching your video and DJ’s video on this. It’ll get fixed soon, I’m sure of that but Giants will see the low sales for this DLC and realize what a terrible mistake they made. It doesn’t live up to the hype from what we were all shown beforehand. It obviously never went through testing on Giants end but what a sad disappointment. Everyone should be a little skeptical about the release of the next game if Giants are going to allow garbage like this to be released to the community.

Really disappointed after seeing this. I was really looking forward to the 'distribution centre'. But it just doesn't seem good at all, and as you said in the video it appears to be a glorified sellpoint, with a little minigame that you don't even have to do. If you do turn up with a trailer full of pallets, the time it'll take for things to actually sell will be crazy long. It was 5+ minutes just for the 3 you spawned at once! Seems like a literal waste of time to take things there. The other things just not working correctly it really poor too. Although I understand it is still a preview, and it's a 3rd party DLC, it still reflects quite badly on Giants as they're advertising it and endorsing it. And they must have been involved in giving out the preview build too.

@8:12 things changing very slowly might be because of the slow speed you're on (0.5x). I don't know if it would be the same for the washer, although that seems to be a different problem altogether.

Too bad I hadn't seen this before I pre-ordered, or I would have skipped this DLC. What it looks like to me is NO originality, what I see is a bunch of mods copied from 17 and 19 that were created by different authors. This mod team threw their own spin on them, and then Giants put their two cents in so it could be sold as DLC. Now that I've used it, this DLC just isn't worth it. Its right around the corner from mod theft, in that there's nothing new being offered, that free mods already have.

@@TheFarmSimGuy It doesn't matter who made the DLC, as Jay said it was commisssioned by Giants, you can't just make a mod/dlc and say to giants, go sell this for 10$ on your website as a DLC. It was a work between Giants and DMI and it was tested for sure by Giants... So Giants have a big part in not testing properly and releasing stuff that are bad, especially when you have to pay for them. But i guess thats the result of Giants lowering their standarrds down, letting some kids be tester and not monitoring them at all and just the lack of effort to bring anything good lately...
