Check out Bricks & Minifigs in Austin, TX! They have WAY too many good sets right now!
Ross and I went to Bricks & Minifigs today because we heard that they had tons of rare, retired LEGO Star Wars UCS sets and were so surprised at all the other sets they had on the shelves as well. This was a really fun shopping trip!

I really love when you guys go shopping for vintage. Hamilton, Ontario is a city of 500,000+, yet our nearest Lego store is 30 miles down the highway in Mississauga,... and there are no Bricks & Minifigs in Canada. Greetings from the Lego Boondocks! 😢 (I dream about the OG Ghost & Phantom.)

I remember the McDonald’s cartoon, my favorite one was when they turned into babies! I looked back at it recently and it’s bad but it was a gold mine when I was younger. That’s an amazing store holding all types of memories.

I don’t try to pretend what the dynamic of their relationship is but for a married couple to hear Ross repeatedly say that he needs permission from Emily to buy Lego makes me feel for him. I get that this channel no doubt has higher revenue that his and perhaps the job he had previously but I’m sorry half of Emily’s content relies so much on Ross’ knowledge. This episode in particular shows how much he brings. It was Ross on camera for at least 80% of the video. Like I say I don’t know the dynamic, I don’t know their financial situation (though I will say that it’s a damn sight better than mine) but hearing Ross say that phrase all the time has it come across that he’s not allowed to make decisions when it comes to money. Just my 2cents but thought I’d mention it as I’d been hearing it for a very long time.
