Is it just me or does it feel like the Pokemon Company seeds a lot of Ultra-Rares in the ETBs they sent out to KZbinrs for early openings. Every time I watch early openings I get all excited. However, the last 2 ETBs that I opened both had only had 1 Holo-Rare and no Ultra-Rares. Excitement extinguished!
