Just so you know: That type of bread, the word bolillios is pronounced «boliyos» as I've written it and it's a Mexican type of bread used in a special type of sandwich called «torta», and it's somewhat like a Subway sandwich.

Stephen if you want a simple meal, try Mac and cheese. Now, obviously that can taste very bland from having it too much. So I recommend adding something like broccoli, mushrooms or even tuna. It tastes really good! :)

Try 400F in the oven for 15-20 minutes if you have time for it. It's nice and crispy and the a lot of the fat melts off it too.

Alright Stephen, wow it's been a long time. You for sure don't remember me, but back in the day, I was a HUGE supporter of your vlogs. I remember the days with the big store brand bags of fruity pebbles, and Taylor being shy on camera. What I'm trying to say is it's been a LONG time. I really hope you're reading this right now, or else :( I wanted to thank you. As of now, I'm only 13, but you've actually taught me a lot in life. It's been raining like crazy down here in Florida. Yesterday I went to target with my mum and we got trapped in because it was thundering and lightning. The rain was so heavy that we could barely see 50 feet in front of us. Once the rain calmed down, we waded out to our car in ankle deep water, and we had to go along the curb because near the back of our car, the water was a foot deep. It only hit me once we got in the car that if we had stayed in the water, we could have been electrocuted, we would have been toast, literally.

I always microwave my bacon, it looks to me like you overcooked yours (the yellow/orangey colour of the bacon fat should be more white). and you can even layer it by putting more bacon on top the papertowles and layering more papertowels on top. You can make LOTS of bacon fast.

My dad tends to fry bacon in olive oil as a way of cooking it. Me? I can only go as far making toast and sandwiches. And heating up pasta and microwaving ready meals, and also heating up pizza. bolillo bread is a mexican variation of french bread. Like a baguette. And yes it is commonly used for tortas. My family uses them all the time, I'm Mexican and live in L.A.
