In the uk we have people pretending to be homeless to get money off people. The police don't do anything about it. I gave a local homeless man, a heavy coat, clothes, toiletries and underwear and socks & he has a dog,

That happens over here too, we have seen people at every corner. They set up and even dress the same they all have the same signs and when you see them leave it's always in nice cars. That's good that you helped out. I'm sure he appreciated that.

I use pants hangers from stores when I can find them. The are the best for my pants, knit, sweats, jeans, and dress pants. Love them.
