Everything CT speaks out his mouth is the muthafuckin truth. TRUST! I'm coming from 335 lbs down to 223 (195 when I'm in kickboxing shape) I'm finding my so much more again cause I know in my mind I can get my walk around weight to under 190. Every time I watch your videos, it's more inspiration in top of the inspiration that I already have. Keep preaching CT!

Great Wisdom right here. Perfect! There is literally NOTHING we do, that does not begin in the mind and spirit. It's simply impossible. Our outer actions and achievements are nothing more than an ancestor to our thoughts. Someone said that somewhere once :)

Last night i went to the gym and had the best workout ive ever had, thanks to some of the things you said in yr videos. 1...squeeze that bar 2...theres notn such thing as over training...and 3...i found myself lifting and squeezin out reps and telling my muscles i command u to grow. Thanks CT im abt 4 to 5 thousamd miles away amd u inspired me!
@tswagg50411 жыл бұрын
this was the best one yet...too many times I've went to the gym, did the sets, reps, or weights that I planned on doing, but didn't walk out the gym knowing for sure that I gave it all I had.

I just found you tonight. I like everything about you so far. I am 43 and have been out of the gym for about ten years. Been kicking around getting back into it for a few weeks. You sir have pushed me over the doubt about doing it. Thank you. Subbed you.

Keep going, don't ever let your age define you. I am 48 and was out of the gym about 10 years and I've been back about a year now. Screw age, your age makes you better, more knowledge, not less, another good channel on you tube is "Ricks Corner" power to the "old people". Keep them coming CT you the man.

Hey CT I want to personally Thank you for all the motivation and inspiration you have provided me with in the past month and half of watching your videos. I'm not the type to comment on things online, hell I'm not the social media type at all, I'm married with 3 children and all my life I was under the impression that I was working hard but at the same time I wanted more for myself fitness wise and family wise as well. Little did I know that I wasn't even scratching the surface with my potential and capabilities. I believe we all have the ability to push ourselves beyond our limits, we just choose to meet our limits and not want more for ourselves. I feel better today than 14 yrs ago when I was 17 and lifting 305 lbs in high school, I thought that I can turn on and off the switch whenever I wanted and again little did I know that you just cant do that and get fast results. You have shown me and reminded in your unique and what people call crazy way to redefine myself and go after my goals and reach for the highest and hardest obstacle there is so that I can then say I feel great but at the same mutherfukin time be hungry for more. CT I'm the type that needs someone in my ear screaming and fucking motivating me while I'm at the gym,home,work,church, anywhere. I like this shit I'm obsessed with achieving the most difficult things now because of you. I am a man of a lot of pride and integrity but the message you send to everyone in this world is a message that must be heard. Like you said, "tis isn't for everyone, but whoever wants this must really mean it". My name is Richard Mercado and if by any chance you are in Miami,FL I would love nothing more than to shake your hand and thank you personally. Till that time comes and goes its still MY MUTHERFUKIN SET!!!

Real talk; definitely worth watching and hearing. My boy linked me out to this after a brief discussion of people like this; how I'm finally starting to lose my patience and feel jaded as hell about them, especially the ones that will tell you how you screwed up exercising (or anything for that matter) after you already said it and what you should've done instead...but they're not doing anything active at all.. Thanks for the words of wisdom, for damn sure feel it can apply to anything.

I have two degrees and was a Div I track athlete. The latter was far more difficult to maintain a necessary level of competitiveness. You can get into Med school with a BA in Philosophy, you can't become a world class sprinter riding a bike. Education can't hurt you, but practice and application makes perfect! CT hit this nail on the head, This shit is SO MUCH MORE

I agree completely. I'm currently working on getting my piece of toilet paper. I've discovered that college really just sets up a strong foundation for real-life derived knowledge to build upon. Real-life experience and mentoring trumps everything...only problem is that there aren't enough mentors for every individual.

You speak the truth CT.... I see so many guys at the gym suckin' down so many protein shakes, then on their cell phones and talking shit with their buddies between sets they just never get to the "burn", they stop before they reach the pain, but the pain is where you find the gain.... Respect to you CT

I finally unlocked my mind, I was afraid to do over 315. Then one day just about 2 months ago, I saw ct chest video, ever since then I rep 315 easy now, I don't do sets and reps, I just throw weights one and bang out as many as I can and use ever ounce of will and my gains are still above average, I won't ever quit now

One thing that I think should be mentioned along with having the mentality of "So much more" is the fact that you need Time. The guys in these videos have been lifting for years upon years, especially CT. Muscle growth isn't going to happen over night, but if you keep lifting week after week, month after month, and eventually year after year, with a strong mentality, your body has no choice but to grow.

Hey, guys! I just began working out. And I am really hyped. Been going for 6months now, and getting crazy results I thought I'd never get. the point is that that plateau can be broken in numerous ways, sometimes you hit a wall and think that's the absolute best you can do but then with some dedication you manage to do better. point is that plateaus are not permanent in all cases.

U give my day a other perspective. I think it's now harder for young people to develop their own core as a human being and develop their own caracter because their are so much things that distract us. I wish i had a male person in my life way earlier to say that to me. I found it on my own after years that i have done shit. Thats why i love these video's. Its real and only u can do it for your self.
